Chapter 2: Alice comes to know about reincarnation.

It was difficult for Alice to adjust in a new environment. New face, new people, new family, new name everything...Only Emma's mother & Emma(Alice)were at home.

"Are you alright,Emma?", Emma's mother asked.

"Yup. Mom", Alice replied.

"Why are you not eating, Emma? Your lunch has become cold. Eat immediately otherwise you would be late for your medicines".

Suddenly. A young man of 24 entered the house.

"Emma? Emma?Where are you?", he shouted.

"What happened?", Emma came towards him.

The man immediately came towards Emma.

"Are you alright Emma? What did the doctor say? And how is your left hand?", the man asked in worried tone.

"Calm down! Calm down! Stefan, Emma is alright. Doctor said that she will get fit within 5-6 months", Emma's mother told him.

"She will get alright? I don't want to lose her. She is the only light & hope of my life", The man said in a sad tone.

"Don't worry. Stefan, Emma is not leaving you. She will stay with you", Emma's mother told him.

"Calm down Stefan! Calm down!".

Emma's mother hugged him & made him sit on the sofa.

"Emma? Come with me to the kitchen".

Both Emma's mother & Emma went to kitchen.

"I won't spare that bloody rascal who tried to kill Emma", Stefan said with a dangerous bloody eyes.

"Who is this man, mom? And why was he behaving like a mad person?", Emma asked.

"Don't you know him? Emma...Since you have come from the hospital, you're behaving as if you have lost your memory. He is Stefan. Stefan Maddison".

"Why was he behaving like a mad man? Is he suffering from any disorder? ".

"What are you saying, Emma? Why would he suffer from a disorder? Infact, you're suffering from a disorder. That too of Amnesia. Forgot almost everyone whom you have met till now".

"Now take this & serve to him".

Emma's mother gave her a tray of tea & some snacks with it.

Both Emma & Emma's mother came out to Stefan.

Emma served him tea & snacks.

Suddenly the bell rang.

"I will open the door".

Emma stood up & went to open the door. The three female friends of Emma have arrived.

"Emma!"

The three girls hugged her.

"Who are they now?",Emma thought.

"Emma, are u coming to library with us? A new genre of novels have arrived there", one of her friends said.

"New Genre? What is it?"

"Its reincarnation".

"Reincarnation? What is it?".

"Reincarnation means rebirth. Where a person dies in his/her original life & gets rebirth as the main protagonist in the novel".

Now Emma started to doubt. Is this the topic which happened with her?

"You mean the person who died in his/her original life gets rebirth as the main protagonist of one of the novels?".

"Yup. Are you coming with us?", her friends asked.

"No. Actually I'm not well right now. My left hand is fractured".

"Oh. Take care of yourself and get well soon Emma".

"Thanks".

Her friends left for the library and Emma now started to connect her situation with reincarnation.

"Ok,then. I should also leave now. Emma, I would be coming to meet you frequently".

Saying this, Stefan stood up and left for his work. Emma's mother took the tray of tea & plates to the kitchen while Emma was trying to connect her current situation with reincarnation.

"As far as I know, i died in my previous life due to large explosion & now when i opened my eyes, i was admitted in hospital with my left hand fractured. And my whole face has changed. Have i been reincarnated in any of the novels? But how is it even possible in real life? Ahhh!! Its getting complicated for me!".
