"Ava...." 

A crumbled look plastered on Arthur's face as if he was in great pain. The feelings tore him down in two sides where he desperately wanted to pull the strings out. 

But at the same time, he was afraid of the implications of his own words. 

On the other hand, Jennifer didn't back down from her own statement as she questioned further, "What is making you so apprehensive about the Johnson family?" 

Shrugging her shoulders, Jennifer shook her head in disbelief. "I have gained investors for this project beforehand too. Moreover, you were very supportive of them. Why is suddenly Javier Johnson worrying you so much?"

"Jennifer.." 

"Ava! Look!" The voice pulled them out of their conversation zone. 

Turning around, they found Robert standing there with a little girl hugging his shoulders with her short hands.
