Time passed quickly and before anyone knew it two days had already passed.

Akio along with the 4 Seraphs, Shea, Tiamat, and Rose we're all currently walking up a flight of stairs with Akio in the lead.

They were making their way to the top floor where the peace conference would be held. Upon reaching the door it was immediately opened by Grayfia who then led the group to a side of the table opposite the devils.

The representatives of the devils included Sirzechs and Serafall, who were the only ones seated at the table. It was impossible for all 4 Satan's to leave Underworld altogether as it would be extremely easy to launch an attack.

Behind Serafall and Sirzechs were Rias and Sona with their respective peerage.

Looking at the two Akio could see the almost insatiable excitement coming from Rias, while Sona had a somewhat hostile look directed at him.

Akeno gave him a somewhat flirtatious look although she kept up her atmosphere of elegance. The rest of Rias's peerage were all giving him hostile looks and I one looked close you would be able to see bandages all over their body.

Sona's peerage simply looked at Akio with curiosity, they were already aware of his position but were wondering how powerful he truly was.

Akio sat down on the chair across from the Satans as his group immediately stood behind him. Shea was standing directly next to Akio as something of his right-hand man.

"Let's save the pleasantries, we are all aware of our reason for being here so let's just start," Akio spoke before pulling out a document.

His hand stopped however as he felt an familiar presence's popping up all around him.

He turned his attention to the window where he saw the sky had turned a deep red. There were various people wearing robes with 3 eyes on the hood. They were all floating on magic circles and their attention was directed at the place of the meeting. There were a lot of them but Akio simply didn't care enough to count.

Turning his attention back to the room he could see a few of the people present were frozen still. Rias's and Sona's peerage excluding Rias and Sona themselves, as well as Kiba.

The satan's as well as all of Akio's group remained unfrozen the same with Grayfia.

"T-this is Gasper's ability. What's going on." Rias was the first to speak as she stared at her frozen Queen.

"*Sigh*, our talk is being interrupted, this is annoying," Akio spoke before snapping his fingers instantly dispelling Gasper's time stop. All he did was use spirit magic to knock him unconscious before putting a barrier around him.

The previously frozen people returned to normal as they looked confusedly at the people who all of a sudden had different positions.

Before they could even question what was happening a magic circle appeared on the ground and a brown-haired purple-eyed woman stepped out.

"Tch, as expected of unworthy Satan's you would lower yourselves as far as to make peace with Heaven. Truly deplorable, with your death this world shall be rebuilt in my image." The girl spoke instantly declaring her hostility against the Satan's.

"Katerea? What are you doing here?" Serafall questioned the smirking woman, but when Katerea heard her words her face turned into a frown showing her anger.

"A fake Satan who isn't even a descendant of the original Leviathan stole my title, and now you ask me why I'm here. Why else would I be here but to get rid of the trash preventing my ambitions." Katerea spoke before charging up magic in the staff she was holding and firing it at Serafall.

Before it could even get 1 centimeter away from her however it completely vanished in thin air.

From the side, Akio could be seen with a bored look as he stared with an uninterested gaze at Katerea.

Katerea who took notice of Akio narrowed her eyes. "You, your presence is the same as Ophis, you must be that newly arrived 'Dragon God', why the hell are you here," Katerea spoke while backing away a hint of fear could be seen in her eyes.

'Hmm, I thought they would have known that I was here, strange.'

Akio just continued to look at Katerea his gaze completely uninterested as he watched as she started chanting a spell probably hoping to distract Akio and get away to warn the other members.

Unfortunately, for her when she was in the middle of chanting Akio yet again waved his hand causing the magic to explode itself and send Katerea flying. She ended up breaking through the wall and landing outside.

Akio just sighed yet again before he stood up once again and transferred himself and the people in the room outside where Khaos brigade was, a lot of their forces ready to attack.

Seconds later a man with long black hair and red eyes descended next to Katerea. This man also had 5 pairs of pitch-black wings and long elf-like ears.

"How could you have possibly been beaten this easily with all the advantages we set up." Kokabiel glared down at Katerea who had multiple burn marks but was still alive.

"Tch, what who you are speaking to. We missed one element the new 'Dragon God' is here." Katerea spoke as she slowly stood up while reaching for something in her pocket.

Moments later Akio felt a familiar power as he watched Katerea pull out a vile containing a snake.

Katerea took out the snake and put it directly over her skin and watched as it merged with her.

Moments later her aura increased massively as black lines started appearing all around her body.

"HAHAHA, even if I may be unable to see our perfect world, I'll do my part by at least removing one of you unworthy insects." Katerea with newfound speed rushed towards the closest person to her who just so happened to be Serafall.

Akio was annoyed that Ophis's power was being used like this as he with one finger raised sent a beam of light that completely disintegrated Katerea leaving her nothing but ashes.

Kokabiel watched this while still trying to process what he had just heard.

'He's the new 'Dragon God?' Kokabiel with this new information as well as knowing that he was completely unmatched immediately rushed away.

Akio didn't even send him a glance as he yet again raised preparing to send another light beam. He was interrupted however as...

"Haha, I planned to find you when this was over but this works even better." A white-haired teen walked out a portal followed by 7 other people and one wolf.

Akio recognized the entire group, however, his interest was only captured by a few of them.

"Vali, this is my final warning. LEAVE NOW YOU CAN NOT WIN." Vali who heard Albion's warning yet again ignored her as he put on a smug grin.

"Hmm, Albion is that you, haha to think we would meet like this once again." Rose laughed upon hearing the voice.

"R-Rose, I thought so. HOW THE HELL ARE YOU ALIVE." Albion seeing the form of Rose was beyond shocked.

"Hehe, Akio my new master is simply just that great," Rose spoke boasting about the power that wasn't hers.

Albion was in shock upon learning this truth as she through Vali stared at Akio.

"So, I guess that means the 'Red Dragon Emporer' of this generation is you then, seeing how you are the master of her." Vali began to grow even more excited upon realizing this as he deployed his scale mail armor.

"HAHA, prepare yourself it is destined that we fight and I say that we get to it," Vali spoke aloud as he readied himself to attack.

Akio with a slightly more interested face upon hearing Albion, for the second time prepared to tame yet another 'Dragon King.'
