Fate

Akio was currently sitting in a normal 2-story house that looked like it blended with every other house in the neighborhood. The furniture and everything else had been made by Akio an hour prior.

This house was only meant to be a base so that he could initiate himself into the events of DxD. He was sure more people than just Ophis felt the aura he released and he was also sure he would receive visitors from various sources.

He in a way brainwashed the entirety of Kuoh into believing he had always lived in that house, which was strange because he hadn't even bought it and just saw it was empty and chose to stay there.

He also made a barrier around his house that would draw normal people away from it, meaning if people were able to reach his house Akio would be able to immediately notice. Of course, the barrier was undetectable for anyone that had a weaker detection ability than him, and Akio found that very unlikely.

The reason for this was that Akio had asked Akane about the history of his current world as well as where he stood amongst the strongest. Through this, he learned that history remained the same for the most part and that he currently was the third strongest in the current DxD world.

He had fought Akane in the dimensional gap and it was made clear her power was not to be scoffed at. Her power originates from dreams, meaning that was how she was created and how she gets her power. She can actualize dreams even her own, as well as manipulate other people's dreams to further increase her power. Although she couldn't just straight up become omnipotent because of her power, for that she would need a lot more people than just the ones that exist in the DxD world.

For that reason currently, she fell short of being the number one strongest, and that spot belonged to of course Ophis.

Still, Akio found it hard to even damage Akane with her extremely durable scales, and he found that as the fight continued his stamina continued to deplete until eventually it completely ran out and he simply couldn't continue to fight.

With that fight, Akio decided to continue fighting Ophis to learn and observe as much as he could to reach her level of mastery of Infinity.

Snapping out of his thought Akio got back to his previous goal. Knowing his aura was already memorized and being tracked Akio left traces of himself through his magic power all over the house. When the barrier notified him that someone had entered the proximity he would teleport back and greet the person.

He was specifically looking to heaven as he knew they had a problem that he thought he may be able to fix.

Now Akio was back in training with Ophis while being watched by his wives and companions.

Ophis shot a beam of pitch-black magic that instantly approached Akio.

Akio with a grin used his concept of void and got rid of all magic in the space in front of him. The beam simply disappeared to the shock of his wives and Ophis. Using that gap in concentration Akio rushed forward and slammed his fist into Ophis. He also tried to use his void abilities again to completely cancel out her movement but by the time she activated it, she already recovered and was behind him.

Without faltering, Akio used his future sight to time when the first would hit him to which he yet again used soul and metamorphosis magic. All that happened though was Ophis's arm was shrunk. It seemed Ophis was getting used to his tricks something he could see when she had already reformed her original arm.

Akio tried to teleport away but Ophis had already punched him in the back and sent him flying through the void.

Still, Akio wasn't discouraged as he activated his Rikugan. Akio had been not using this as he wanted to see if he could gain more mastery without it but it seemed it wasn't working.

Akio also at the same time decided to try out another idea he had with his void ability.

Akio punched in front of him while using 'black flash' with all his possible strength. The result was Ophis losing the entirety of her lower body. This left her shocked with the only thought in her mind being 'how?'

The way in which Akio had achieved what he had just done was by getting rid of the space between him and Ophis essentially making it 0. With that, his hit landed directly without any obstruction and left her unable to dodge.

Akio smirked seeing the reaction of not only Ophis but everyone else.

It took a full 5 seconds for Ophis to finally snap back to reality. "How?" Her will to continue the fight disappeared.

Akio's smirk remained as he spoke, "secret."

At the same time, Akio felt the barrier he left at his 'house' notify him.

'So someone's come already?'

"I'll be back in a bit, something has come up," Akio spoke to his wives with a light-hearted tone indirectly telling them to not mind it as he disappeared.

Once Akio arrived in the living room he immediately went to the door and opened it.

What greeted him was a woman with purple hair that was in their tails. She had purple eyes and very clear skin. She had a short stature but had breasts that wouldn't lose to Shea. She wore a white robe that seemed to be similar to that of the one Ava wore.

The girl was currently laying on top of a floating cushion, with a terrified expression on her face that somehow seemed foreign.

The thing that surprised Akio the most was the fact that he could not at all see through any part of the woman in front of him. 'Who?'

(Fate POV)

'Found it.'

Currently, I was walking through a city in a country called Japan.

'This is all quite interesting.' I couldn't help but find interest in this world's development. They don't use magic and yet they can achieve all of this, truly fascinating.

With a sigh, I focus on the mission my creator gave to me.

Her direct words were. "Help my husband grow stronger." That was all she said.

Despite the fact that I was completely unaware of the fact she even had a husband, and that I didn't even know who he was I still had to agree.

All she had given me was a picture of him before she opened a portal and kicked me into it.

That was when I started getting really confused. The person she told me to look for didn't even exist in our home world and instead traveled between multiple different ones.

Still, I had to fulfill what I was asked. I'd much prefer to just spend my time doing nothing but when it comes to direct orders from Goddess Ava herself things change.

Part of me was quite curious about the person that managed to make her fall for him.

Another part of me was terrified, of course, I was this was the husband of my creator if I offended him, she might just delete me from existence.

*Sigh*

While trying not to think about anything I noticed I had finally arrived where I felt his presence.

There was a barrier set up that would only be noticed by people with considerable strength, hence why it was child's play for me.

With a final vow that I would hide my laziness, I walked into the barrier which informed the person of my arrival.

It wasn't long before I felt a presence open the door.

A tall man with silver hair and golden eyes. In a way, he looked like Goddess Ava although his facial structure was different. I could immediately tell he had the highest form of blessing from Goddess Ava, but still, I on instinct used my ability to see fate.

The first thing I noticed was he had disabled the protection on his soul.

With that, I was able to see his future.

Incomprehensible.

That was the only word that could describe what I had seen.

For one, I was completely unable to alter anything about his fate. This is something I have never seen before, on anyone I have ever tried to read.

Another thing was what this man would accomplish. He would be strong, extremely so. So strong in fact that at some point I completely lost the ability to see his future after a certain point.

It was terrifying, and I was sure my face reflected that terror.

'Ava-sama what the hell have you put me up to.'
