9 Sudden Cries Of Children? Meeting With God By Coincidence Before The Show Begins?? O5-1's Fail Safe Option Fails?

(A/n: This Might be gory, honestly, but you'll understand when you get to the part.)

(O5 Council Office: O5-1's POV)

I honestly cannot believe this bullshit... The Administrator disappeared without anyone noticing, and especially with no prior warning at all... That bastard just up and left like an alcoholic father who went to "get some milk" and since then never came back.

(A/n: Sure?)

The noosphere has basically been 'temporarily?' cut off from this reality, locking away [Department of Unreality] alongside SCP-7909-3. A supercomputer that could've helped with finding extremely detailed information on the entity, which so happens to malfunction on the last call all because it was FUCKING blindsided by the said entity, causing a mass ripple and making said machine offline for who knows how long.

Everything went down to a gutter and I hope things just don't go down further... Unless... Holy shit!!! The Administrator's gone, so that means I could use that project I've been carefully planning!!! So I spoke up to the rest of the council.

"I've got an idea that you all might remember from before, ladies and gentlemen... I have had this project that could potentially turn this thing around, and this is called [Twins of God]. The area of containment is currently designated in a high-security military waste disposal site in San Marco, Mexico." O5-7, who was glaring at his monitor, then stared at me half confusedly as he said.

"Wasn't that project scrapped by the Administrator right after the incident with The Kingdom of Abandon being completely erased? I mean, I can see why you want to reopen that project again... But doing so as soon as the Administrator had just disappeared, though... wouldn't that be convenient on your part, huh?" His remark made me scoff as I told him back.

"I don't think it's time for this needless banter O5-7. I'm only trying to give out an option that isn't going to end humanity, unlike a few other options that the Administrator kept in his 'basement.' " I said, and O5-7 jabbed with another snarky comment.

"Ahhhh? That's kind of funny to me when we're talking about 'basements' and your project. How're the kids in your basement in Mexico, O5-1?" I honestly had nothing to say, especially when O5-9 burst out laughing while pointing at me.

"*PSHHH* HAHHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAH, OH NAH!!!! SHE GOT YOU THERE, O5-1!!!" He was still laughing his ass off about it, but, like the politician I am, I can only say.

"No comment," I said, and luckily, O5-2 actually backed me up.

"*SIGH*... I honestly think we should give this option a chance because every other option would only lead to the end of humanity, and restarting this timeline would only create more unforeseen circumstances.

And I think our universe isn't the only one in trouble, too, because of the entity in question's ability to affect the Infosphere... But I would love to see Fifth Church's reaction to all of this chaos." Honestly, O5-2 creeps me out sometimes as I look at her in the shadows; just seeing that wide grin, she was almost like the devil.

But who am I to judge when we're all monsters in some way? But I immediately went into action to check on the project via phone call, calling in on Omega-5... And so what if I secretly kept this project going by funneling funds illegally... I bet my damn kidneys that the Administrator knew what I was doing.

"I'll get started with my call then," I said, pressing a button on my desk. A hidden modulator in the form of a hologram popped in front of me and created a sphere around me as insulation so that the rest of the council wouldn't hear me.

It would be awkward to make this call while the rest of them were hearing my conversation. I really hope that this call finally brings me some good news.

"Hello, Dr. #####. Our project has finally been reopened and is now seeing the light of day, and I haven't checked in on it for quite a while. How has the project been running?" I asked the doctor I specifically handpicked for the job. And what he said made my heart convulse.

*... O5-1, I really don't know how to explain this to you, but the basement in San Marcos de la Vida Eterna Church has been completely compromised...

Dr. #####, along with the rest of Omega-5, has been completely erased, leaving aside the doctors and staff stationed outside of the Church. I am the one handling the aftermath of the central team's disappearance. I am researcher James.* I was completely livid, and yet all I could do was speak robotically.

"Huh... So you're that researcher who accidentally created an anomaly? If it's you, then I'm guessing that you're keeping things under control pretty well..." Even though I am about to slam my hands on the table repeatedly in a complete meltdown that's boiling up within me at any moment, I should still be classy in moments like this... I don't think the word "livid" could even explain how I feel at this moment... Well, if all other options fail, then a nucleic reality combustion option is a good option... Right?

*Well... It was easier keeping this under control, but the project had seemingly been erased. I'll be making a follow-up document to show what happened, alongside recordings of the incident of the disappearance.* Welp... If life gives me lemons, I might as well give those lemons back in kind, huh? I have been working on that project for years straight as if it was some form of a passion of mine, and just to have it all disappear, I'm feeling numb right now as my body is shaking from adrenaline, but I was still calm while speaking to the young researcher.

"Of course, Doctor James, I'll be waiting. Please take your time. I'm kind of busy, and I won't have anyone calling me for a couple of weeks," I said as I put my hands on my face and squeezed my skull.

*Temporary Director James, signing Off....* And that was the end of the phone call, as I finally couldn't handle it anymore.

"FUUUUUUUUCKK!!!!!!!!!! SCREW THIS. I'M GOING TO RELEASE THE FINAL GATE AS THE LAST OPTION, YOU DAMN NIGGE!!!!!!!" O5-1 Yelled out in the circular insulator that hid his body and made sure that the rest of the members didn't see his reaction as he started slamming the table like sledgehammers as he yelled in blood-curdled rage.

(A/n: Ummmm? Just imagine O5-1's ranting in your head.... ;)

(3rd POV: Rest Of The O5 members.)

O5-7 was the first to speak while he focused on the internet on his monitor once more. "So, how much are you all willing to bet that O5-1 is completely raging like a monkey in that insulator?"

O5-12 immediately said, "Well, I'm not usually the betting man, but I would bet my immortality that he's raging in that insulator right now." As the foundation's accountant, he would only bet if he was assured of himself.

O5-6 face-palmed her face but joined in on their yapping: "Honestly... I truly don't know why both of you are betting about O5-1's mental well-being, but I can't help but say that he's probably going to calm himself down within a few hours before becoming coherent again... But has MTF Kappa-10 found the reason why El Salvador and the Central African Republic want to go to war with Italy O5-7?" O5-7 answered as his face was cringing behind the shadows.

"There was anomalous activity, but at the same time, the activity happened within an instant of the time frame from unknown technological hyperadvancement that had shown similar properties to a logic plague.

The origin of this logic plague is unknown, as the activity was too fast for Skynet's task force to track down its source.

But if I have to be practical about this, the foundation's job isn't to stop an impending world war but to find and contain the anomaly that caused it in the first place.

This little mishap can easily be hidden from the public view if we pin it on Italy. But chances are that this anomaly will try something again within either Italy, El Salvador, or The Central African Republic, and we'll be ready for it when the time comes. And the chances that this incident is connected to the entity named [Indra] or SCP-00000 are a staggering 25 percent through pure coincidence only."

(A/n: WHAT DID ITALY DO TO YOU?!?!?!)

O5-5 sighed as he watched the discussion.

Still, when he actually put some thought into it, the anomaly in question actually seemed more beneficial when it came to detaining a whole lot of other dangerous anomalies that came from the Infosphere, especially with SCP-3125 as its existence on Earth had seemingly disappeared with SCP-00000's appearance... Except if O5-7 is right about the incident of now being connected to it then this anomaly is a wild card at best.

So, the rest of O5's relaxed state should be warranted. But there is that nagging feeling that O5-5 has that gnaws at him. It feels like a crossroads between humanity's end and safety, and he isn't alone in that feeling.

And what he saw on the side of his peripheral were O5-2 and O5-3 passing over blunts. They were to smuggle inside somehow. O5-5 had looked like he had eaten a raw lemon by accident as he spoke to himself.

"Wₑ'ᵣₑ 𝒸ₒₒₖₑ𝒹 ₐᵣₑₙ'ₜ 𝓌ₑ?" He whispered as the rest of the council utterly ignored him. Then, he began to laugh deprecatingly to himself silently.

[Location: Mechchromia - Outer Transports Newly Established To Earth's Cyber World]

(Indra Brahma Adolf)

I was about to transport myself to Site 77, where Italy was so that I could make sure that Italy couldn't beat the allegations of robbing both The Central African Republic and El Salvador of their cryptocurrency.

I mean, who told them to act all high and mighty because they were the only ones who solely relied on that crap? Until tiny cries began to echo through one of the tube-like transporters...

"Why the hell do I hear crying children? I guess this will be one of my side quests huh? You're safe for now, Italy, but after I check on those cries, I will make sure that those allegations turn into reality, I̠͖̘T̪͖͜A̝͙̫L̙̫͍Y̺͕͜!̡̠̙!͇͍̞!͚̫̟ 🎵

My metallic body began to change into an amorphous shape as it streaked through the transport like a stream of water.

(Warning: Gore)

[Location: San Marcos de la Vida Eterna Church- Basement]

(3rd POV: Head Researcher #######)

Underneath the Church was a hidden experimental room where nine pods were placed in a straight line. A bulb-like glass at the front of the pods glowed a light blue as a researcher observed the changes on the other side of the glass as he wrote his notes.

"This is quite a new phenomenon. The lights in these pods are being activated without any commands being given by O5-1 specifically. I'd rather not get any close, though, and the only thing I can think of is using a class D personnel to get close to see what would happen." The head researcher mumbled to himself as his eyes glued to the pods.

His focus was completely thrown off when he suddenly heard cries and screams outside the containment area, and loud crunching sounds echoed in the basement compounds.

"Oh.... What in the actual hell is going on?!?!" Researcher ##### was completely unnerved by the sounds outside of the research room.

He needed to check what was going on as his body trembled with every movement. He reached out for his monitor, which was used as a camera around the compound, and all that was witnessed was static.

The head researcher trembled even further as not only were the cameras cut off, but even the emergency communication system was cut off as he realized that the intruder had depowered the entire base, entrapping every core member, guard, and D-class inside.

##### slowly got up and made his way to see what awaited the researcher as he reached his tense hands for the key card in his pocket.

As the door opened, he peeked his head into the hallway and saw countless mangled bodies strung up by their own nerves that were whitish blue etched to the walls of the hallway. Most of the bodies looked unrecognizable.

The hallway was painted a crimson color of red as it reeked of metallic copper, and what made the scene worse for the researcher were the rolling heads that made their way like a parade as they slowly rolled passed his door.

##### slammed the closing mechanism of the door as fast as he could. That scene alone had made his mind numb. He walked his way back to his chair and began to stare into space, still trying to process everything he saw.

Then, a voice came to the side of his ear like disembodied echoes of whispers.

{{𝕊𝕠 𝕥𝕙𝕠𝕤𝕖 𝕒𝕣𝕖 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕔𝕣𝕚𝕖𝕤 𝕀❜𝕧𝕖 𝕓𝕖𝕖𝕟 𝕙𝕖𝕒𝕣𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕝𝕒𝕥𝕖𝕝𝕪?}} A humanoid figure was right next to the researcher's side as the thing watched the pods with a toothy mechanical smile.

This feeling of death... was already etched within his psyche as soon as he saw everyone strung up like objects in the hallway. He was going to die where he sat, and he had to accept this hopelessness.

The final words from this thing right beside the researcher were. {̷{̷I̷ t̷r̷u̷l̷y̷ d̷o̷ h̷o̷p̷e̷ t̷h̷a̷t̷ y̷o̷u̷ h̷a̷v̷e̷ b̷e̷t̷t̷e̷r̷ l̷u̷c̷k̷ i̷n̷ y̷o̷u̷r̷ n̷e̷x̷t̷ r̷e̷i̷n̷c̷a̷r̷n̷a̷t̷i̷o̷n̷.̷}̷}̷

(A/n: The researcher, in fact, didn't.)

and within a blink of an eye, everything went dark for the researcher, and he was gone... likely impaled by a spikey object to his skull as his body was hanging around like a piece of clothing.

(POV: Indra Brahman Adolf)

"That's what it feels like to kill a person... it's kind of unsettling that I couldn't feel a thing... Maybe I could try to create some form of feeling, but I'd rather take my time experiencing it on my own..." I spoke to myself, and I didn't even realize that I was actually that morbid when I spawned inside of their base; I should try to hold back on that artistic pursuit... Well, at least I know that this is actually pretty fucked up.

After finishing off the last survivor, I made my way to the crying consciousness of the pods.

"Huh? So these pods are the children that have been crying for help... I guess I'll help you all out with a trade of the source of that power of yours..." I spoke to the collective hive mind as I drew my hand on one of the pods and started absorbing the gamma radiation, which created a chain reaction as all of the radiation was being absorbed.

Moments later, I was able to absorb the radiation, and like the curious spider that I am, I began to observe it all in the size of a small ball of light.

"So this is the energy that the twins of God used. It's beautiful indeed." As I was studying the gamma, a presence appeared in the same room as me.

"Well, hello there, child, I see that you've caused quite the mayhem in this facility." I looked up and saw a middle-aged man in a robe and a white beard and the first thing I'd said to him.

"Do you want this energy back? It seems like it has a similar signature to you." I held the ball to the Old man, who chuckled at my question.

"Oh heavens no. You could keep it; I have no need for that after you're done with the children. I would love to invite you back to my containment for some tea!! I heard a bit about you from Jack, and I would like to get to know you personally." What he said was enticing to me, and I might have a bit more time before I try to materialize to Italy to finish my final touches.

And I do have mechanized spirits that would do the final touches for me if I was late to the party.

"Alright, Mr. Old Man, just leave that portal open while I talk to these children." the old man smirked at me and walked back to site 17 while saying.

"I'll be waiting!!" with that declaration, he went passed his portal to do whatever he wanted, leaving me alone.

"Alright, kids, what is your greatest wish? I'll make sure to grant them..." Even after getting rid of that gamma, the effects seemed to be prolonged, and they were brain-dead before, too. This is depressing. The pods then glowed, and what spoke was a little child from the pod.

Wow... Well, I can reincarnate you into something that fits that description, but it'll be random. "Alrighty then kids!!! I will grant your wish..."

"Ok, ok, ok!! Calm down there, pal; I'm going to start." I clasped my hands together, and a mechanical wheel appeared behind me.

Like a clock, the hand-spun in circles and stopped at a random number code, I finally said.

"Welp, I know that we are both going to meet again, and you could tell me all about it when we do." The wheel started to glow a dark purple, and the entire building was erased as collateral because of its ability. I asked the wheel a question.

"So what did the kids reincarnate into Samasara?" The wheel said to me apathetically.

[You reincarnated them all as an evolved version of the Qu, my lord] My eyes widened in shock but went back to normal.

"..... Well, at least they became something that wouldn't become used toys... They will be the ones abusing others instead... That feels ironic to me... Well, now, back to the portal before operatives come here." I walked through the portal to meet this "God" before the show began.

A/n: I'm finally back!!! Probably... Also, I had wanted to add more of the POV to the carnage that Indra caused, but I'm not sure if I should try dragging that out for too long and just let the imagination do the work instead. And PS The Qu are terrifying as hell with their technology.
