Mew discovers a gym

After Mew left, he wandered about, following after trainers that seemed fun until he reached a place with a lot of houses.

There were many massive buildings reaching up high in the sky.

The buildings were packed close to each other, leaving little to no space between.

The alleys between the buildings had a lot of stray pokémon, like Rattata, that were scavenging for food in trash bins.

When Mew drew closer to have a look, the foul smell from the alley made him think twice.

On a giant board the words 'Pewter City' were written.

Mew flew through the city, in search for something fun or interesting. Where he ended up at was a large building with a giant P on it. Curious as to what it was for, Mew entered the building, looking around at all the humans and Pokémon he saw. Behind the counter was a woman with pink hair in a pink and white dress. At her side was a pokémon called Chansey, which looked a lot like a pink egg.

When a human went towards her, he handed her the pokeballs. Mew followed the nurse, Nurse Joy, and watched as she checked up on the pokémon and treated them if they were injured.

Discovering this was apparently a place to get better, Mew went through all the floors of the place, visiting injured pokémon and using Life Dew on every one of them, healing the worst of the injuries till they were mostly gone. He was a nice pokemon after all! Not everything was about pranking people, only most if not ninety percent was.

Once satisfied, Mew moved on the the next ward with injured pokémon till he had visited them all. Nodding to himself, Mew moved on to the eatery and snacked on the orders that were being made. He deserved to be treated to a meal after having worked hard, right?

Finished filling his stomach, Mew left the Pokémon Center and moved on to a rather strange looking building. The front side was made of rocks, while the rest of the building looked like one of those giants homes he had seen before. At the top of the building the words "Pewter Gym" were written, so it was probably an important place?

Mew turned his head sideways as he wasn't really sure what kind of buildings should be important or not. Not that it really mattered, a building was a building. Mew entered it and was amazed to see a giant battlefield covered in rocks of all sizes. On both sides of the battlefield stood a human, with on the side another person with a red and a green flag in each hand.

Interested in what was about to happen, Mew took place at the nearest bench and prepared himself to watch something fun. It was even more entertaining when he realised who the challenger was. It was the same boy from professor Oak's lab, the one with the Pikachu.

This should be fun, Mew thought as his eyes followed the movement of the boy as he chose his Pikachu to start the battle with.
