Mew bullies a war god

Once outside of Yomi, Mew spotted the pompous looking god from before. Mew stared at the war god, or to be more precise, that ridiculous looking hair of his. It was a shade of pale blue, or maybe blue, combed up. It was surprising it remained in that shape, as if gravity had no influence on it at all.

Laying at the feet of the war god, was a beaten up fox familiar with a little shrine familiar who wore a Hyottoko mask. While the fox familiar attacked, the war god would easily swipe away the attacks. Lightning was sent back instead, zapping the fox and causing a lot of damage. The fox slumped weakly to the ground, as he looked a bit disheartened at how weak he currently was. The little shrine spirit was bustling about as he took out a hamer and tapped the fox familiar's head. In an instant, the peaceful feeling disappeared as Mew could clearly feel this was a yokai. The familiar contract was gone, and the fox had become a yokai again.

'Interesting.'

As the fox was about to attack, Mew gently tapped him on the head, startling the fox.

"Tomoe-sama!"

Ignoring the shrine spirit, Mew used a attack he began to like more and more, Gravity. Not only the fox, Tomoe, was hit, but also the war god.

"You!"

The war god grumbled as he pointed angrily at Mew, while his body was pressed to the ground.

[It's not You. It's Mew. You better remember it.]

Mew arrogantly said, copying the way the war god was talking. Having a feel on how the words sounded, Mew decided not to act arrogantly in the future. It just didn't suit his tastes at all.

"Release me, you bastard!"

The war god yelled, his eyes glaring at Mew in fury.

[It's Mew!]

Mew increased the gravity ten fold, making the god sink partially in the ground.

[Besides, another god is stuck down there and needs to get out, so stop being such a stick in the mud.]

Mew huffed as he blasted the rock apart, opening the hole to Yomi again.

[Hey fox, go get the girl.]

Mew giggled, pointing from the sorry looking fox to the newly opened hole.

"You don't have to tell me. I'll go get that stupid girl even if you didn't tell me."

Tomoe said as he jumped down the hole, coming back with the girl and Kirihito.

"Nanami-sama!"

Again the little shrine spirit began to clamor as he gathered around Nanami.

Having arrive back on the surface, Nanami ran towards the little shrine spirit.

"Kotetsu!"

Nanami yelled happily, glad to see him.

"Who is this? His body is completely empty of vitality."

Tomoe said as he looked at Kirihito.

[A funny and grumpy kid.]

Mew helpfully said, circling around Tomoe and Kirihito.

As Tomoe wanted to hear more from Nanami, he called out to her, but got no reply. Looking backwards, he felt something fell over his back, this being a Nanami who had fallen asleep.

As Tomoe grabbed Nanami and held he in his hands, a knife suddenly appeared at his neck.

"What does this girl mean to you?"

Before Tomoe could retaliate, Mew angrily huffed at Kirihito, blasting him backwards.

[Naughty! Knives are a big no-no.]

The knife melted under and strong flamethrower, being made even more useless than scrap iron.

Tomoe had also backed away, Nanami still in his arms.

"What does it matter to you what she means to me."

Tomoe replied, a mischievous yet taunting smile on his face.

"So this is the thanks I get for saving you."

Kirihito smirked at those words.

"No way. This is not enough to repay you with. No matter, I'm tired. We'll continued this another time."

Kirihito glanced once more at Mew, a knowing glimmer in his eyes.

"You. I will meet you soon."

Pointing at Mew, Kirihito smiled. Fog suddenly appeared around Kirihito, two men appearing around him.

""Later!""

As the fog cleared away, the three of them had disappeared.

"Shikigami, huh."

Tomoe said, as he cast his gaze back on Nanami.

"We need to get back to the Grand Shrine."

Tomoe said after a short while.

[I'll help! Let's go, Let's go! To the delicious food.]

Before doing that though, Mew first restored the sealing boulder. Wouldn't want any dead people coming back up, now would we.

Grabbing the three of them together with Psychic, Mew happily hummed as he teleported everyone to the Divine Assembly. At least, that was what Mew though what Tomoe wanted when he mentioned Grand Shrine.

'Oh, well. If he was wrong, then that was that. Now let's have some fun!'

Mew continued to humm as he left the three of them behind and went to look for something fun. The she-guy god seemed fun to hang around with. Let's follow him for now.
