Akura-oh

After a few minutes, the yokai body began to move, though it was a bit slow. Opening his eyes, the yokai looked at Mew in realisation as he once again looked at his hands, now clearly in his own body.

[So, what is your name? Kirihito is the dead bodies name, right?]

The yokai began to laugh as he flexed his arms and legs.

"Akura-oh. As this is only for a few days, let's get this over with."

Mew giggled as he hopped on Akura-oh head, tugging slightly on the horn.

[Are these real? They feel strange...]

Akura-oh just ignored Mew, not even bothering on answering that. What else could they be if not real?

[Let's go wherever you want to go. I don't really know this place after all.]

Mew said, glancing at Aldos as he stood beside Akura-oh.

[Oh right. This is Aldos. A friend I picked up in another world. Get along nicely!]

Akura-oh glanced at Aldos, suppressing the urge to hit someone. With the return to his body, the urge to kill others had returned s well. Aura-oh glanced at his hands once more. It was nice to feel strong again.

"Hey, kid. Is it possible to get that Kirihito's soul back?"

He had been in that body for a while now. It would be sad the mother to go through the sadness of losing her son once again.

[Nope. The soul is long gone. Reincarnated.]

Mew didn't even bother with that. It was a taboo to return the dead, even he knew that. Besides, most souls would lose their minds if they returned to life.

"Haah, then keep the body safe for me will ya. I'll use it later, so let's visit some of my 'friends'."

At the last part of his sentence, Akura-oh grinned, as he looked forward to seeing Tomoe again. He wondered if Tomoe would fight his if he saw him.

[Do you know where to go?]

Mew didn't really know where this friend of his was supposed to be.

"Don't stress about it. I know."

Mew just tapped Akura-oh on the head, excited to see where they would go. This world was a little fun, though it was starting to get boring. Maybe he should introduce some holidays in his Garden as well? Christmas seemed a lot of fun.

While pondering about that, Aura-oh began to move along towards a transport company. As his time as a human, he had learned of a few things that made life a little easier. Transport through the use of Shikigami wasn't always as comfortable after all, especially his happy go lucky shikigami. Glancing at them, the Shikigami followed after him as well, clearly knowing he was now in this body.

"We'll get there in a few minutes, I guess."

Not really sure how fast human transport was, Akura-oh made himself look human as he flagged a taxi. Once inside, he let the taxi move towards Mikage shrine. Where Tomoe and that land god were supposed to be.
