Getting to know my new home.

As the week finished and she finished packing, they came and took her to their house.

" Welcome to your new home. I hope you will enjoy your stay here love."

" Thank you auntie for welcoming me with open arm."

She showed her the house and everything else.

" This will be your new room from now on. You can put your room inorder now and come to the living room to see Al your cousins. "

" OK auntie, I will be quick. "

She surveyed the room. There was a double bed, a chest of drawers, a desk and a table. The room was simple and she was happy about that because it was just her style.

She packed her clothes and opened the windows and curtains to let fresh air in and left to go and meet her cousins in the sitting room.

" Hey Sarah, it's been long. Why didn't you visit us sooner.?"

." I came now, how have you been these past few years. Anyways thanks for welcoming me here."

" It's OK. I'm happy that I got someone to talk to who is about my age. We will get along just fine, don't worry about anything. "

She was talking to her cousin sister who is three years elder than her and was in her first year of high schools and her name was Shelter.

" I will introduce everything to you and what time do you go to school so I can put it on our schedule on the refrigerator."

" By seven o'clock I should be at school and let's go and you can introduce everything to me before I go and sleep."

They explored the whole house and she was introduced to her neighbours. She spent the weekend trying to adjust to the new environment.
