1 Theseus the conqueror of realms

" Over 2000 years ago, there lived a god. Theseus the conqueror of realms was what he was called. He had his castle on the planet Nerbium and ruled over all there was and all there would be. He went to other realms and worlds to wage war without a cause. He acquired immense wealth, power and not for once was he defeated. He was all powerful and had all he wanted at his reach except for one thing, supremacy. Theseus was not the supreme God and this fact led him to his defeat. Theseus went with his mighty army. Five hundred thousand beings, not men but beings that lived once before the reign of man and each had the strength and power that surpassed that of a hundred men. He went with these beings and waged war with the supreme god in his realm. Their fight lasted just for a second with only Theseus spared. The supreme god wiped out Theseus's army with just these words "Be gone" and they were all wiped out that instant. Theseus fell on his knees, not to beg but to make a promise. He said " Exactly two thousand years from this day will i return, thus may the strongest reign forever" and fled back to his castle defeated. And when the beings saw that he had been defeated their fear and respect for him began to wax cold. Soon Nerbium began to receive visitors, not of peace but war and Nerbium began to crumble little by little with Theseus their only hope unable to do anything. The beings began to doubt Theseus and started saying different things. Some said he should exile himself, some said he should give himself to the enemies and some said he should beg them.

So for peace to reign, Theseus exiled himself and with him, his power and wealth to a place unknown. But before he left, he left behind a journal which contained where he was and all he had were kept. The journal was in such a way that it would evolve and adapt to the changes of the planet, because Theseus knew of the future that would befall them. He left this journal to his most trusted servant Montero. Montero was a very powerful being, a devil like none that ever existed . He performed magic beyond any being every created, not even the greatest witch can be compared to his immense power. On Nerbium, he was second only to Theseus, He was Theseus right hand being, and even with all the power he had, he remained ever loyal to Theseus. Montero held the planet in place while Theseus was on exile. Until a time came,, the supreme god decided to make Nerbium his. So he paid a visit and asked that they all surrender but Montero took all there was remaining of the Nerbium's army and fought. Even when he knew it would be futile, he still did it , but before he fought, he kept the journal safe where no matter how much damage Nerbium sustained, it would not affect it.

Montero fought the supreme God with all he had but all to no avail. Montero was defeated and the beings of Nerbium began to call on their God, but no reply. It was believed that Theseus was afraid of what the supreme god would do to him so he hid and did not come out. And in the blink of an eye more than half of the beings in Nerbium were wiped out by the supreme god, and the rest left to live in hiding. Soon the supreme god created the world to his likeness and then the era of man began. And Nerbium was given a new name, 'earth'. And the Nebiyms who were left to live, stayed in hiding among humans, looking for the journal of their god. Among the Nebiyms were vampires, witches, werewolves and devils. They grew hatred for one another and divided into clans still there but were never heard of again. It was believed that this journal was the key to unleashing their true power and taking the earth back from the humans, but only a few humans believed in the existence of his immense wealth and power" Miss Paulina explained to the students in history class. "And that is the end of today's class, those who have questions should meet me later in my office, even though practically only four people have been listening all this while with the rest of you sleeping during class" Miss Paulina said as the bell rung for next period. Miss Paulina is the history teacher in Coleman high. She is an English woman who finds pleasure in teaching the students about historical events."Ma'am, Miss Paulina" Andrew called out to her as he ran towards her, she turned and waited for him. "what is it Andrew" she asked him. "i just wanted to ask, how are we sure that this journal has not been found" Andrew asked. "oh it has not", she said "and how do you know this " Andrew asked curiously. Miss Paulina giggled and said " if it has ever been found, it's discovery can never be hidden, and the world might not be as you know it". "is that how great the things he left behind are" Andrew asked. "they are greater than you can ever imagine, mysteries yet to be uncovered" Miss Paulina said and walked away leaving Andrew lost in his thoughts

"what were you talking about with miss Paulina" Maya startled Andrew from behind. "Nothing much, we were just talking about Theseus" Andrew replied her. "like Theseus the conqueror of realms," Maya asked him. "yes" he replied, "do not tell me that you actually believe that the Nebiyms ever existed, they are all myths given to we students to study, cooked up lies by one scientists or historian just to keep us busy, so do not over think it" Maya advised Andrew. "they are actually not just myths, they are beyond that and i know it, you know what, you cannot understand" Andrew said furiously then walks out on Maya. "Are you seriously going to walk out on me just because of Theseus who does not know of your existence, and that is if he actually does exist" Maya said infuriated. Andrew and Maya are both students of Coleman high and they are both in a relationship, they have a lot of differences but they still love each other. Maya is in the department of science while Andrew in history. Maya Griffin is the only child of the Griffins and unlike Andrew, she does not believe in myths and legends. To her anything that cannot be proven scientifically is not real and does not exist just like Theseus and the Nebiyms.
