Noel's face blushed deeply as he gazed up into those jaded green eyes. His heart was pounding so hard that he felt as though he could hear it. Ever since Jade had returned to him a few days ago they had spent every day in Noel's apartment. He would usually be at work during the nights but he had called in the past few days to gain every extra moment of time he could with the man he so crazily desired.

Jade and Noel were laying down on Noel's bed. His body was lay down while his chest was towering over Noel's body. They could feel each other's body heat radiating from one another as Jade held the barkeep close. Those deep blue eyes seemed to be trying to drown him as the red blush on Noel's face caused his heart to shudder. It had been so long since he had felt the barkeep's warmth and it was intoxicating to him so badly that he never wanted to let go of the man.

"Wh-Where are you touching?!" Noel panicked with embarrassment as he could feel Jade's hand slowly guiding itself down along his chest, stomach, and finally sliding over the top of his pants til it landed somewhere that Noel had only imagined Jade touching in his own mind.

"Isn't it obvious?" Jade asked with a playful smile on his face as he leaned down and planted his own lips against Noel's. Their kiss was deep, tender, and sweet to the end for the both of them. A blush suddenly crept onto Jade's face as he wanted more but instead his hand slid its way back up onto Noel's chest as he let out a soft sigh.

As much as Noel contemplated on fighting back against Jade he had waited so long to be close to the man again that he could not find the words to tell him to halt in his movements. No matter how many times he tried to force the words out his heart always screamed at him to continue. At the end of it all though Jade would never push too far regardless because he knew the barkeep was not truly ready during the few days they had spent by each others side after his return. In Jade's heart he wanted to devour every part of Noel and make him his own, body and soul, but he did not want to frighten Noel away.

"Are you ever going to tell me what it was like in that place?" Noel asked as he tried to detour the conversation to somewhere else. He wanted to know more about where Jade had been for the past year while he was healing his wounds but the man had yet to tell him anything about the place he had gone.

"Some day I will.. Until then don't worry about it." Jade did not like talking about the place he had been. It was not as simple as the others thought it was.

"You're doing it again." Noel's brow twitched as he thought about how Jade always kept things to himself. Even before he had went into the Void for the past year he was always hiding and keeping things to himself.

"It's not important. If it was I'd tell you.." Jade leaned down and planted a gentle kiss on Noel's right eye while his hand caressed his brown hair.

"If you're lying I'll ban you from the bar." Noel muttered under his breath as he glared up at him with a frustrated expression that blushing at the same time. The look on his face caused Jade to feel as though he had been struck by lightning in so many ways he did not know what to do.

"I'm not. I'm not." Jade chuckled slightly as he felt as if he had been caught in a pair of headlights like a deer standing in the middle of a road.

Noel leaned upward and buried his face into Jade's chest to take in the man's body warmth. Wrapping his arms around his waist he held himself as close as he could to enjoy the moment to the fullest. It was not certain to either of them how long their peaceful days would last at the moment but they both felt as if they were drunk on each other. They did not care that they'd been locked up in an apartment for a few days straight with nobody else around but themselves because to each other they were all they needed after being torn apart for a whole year.

"I know you're lying. But for now.. I'll let it be." Noel whispered silently while his face was unable to be seen. Jade's heart felt torn as he knew one day the barkeep would have to find out the truth but that was a problem for another day.

Pinning the barkeep down against the mattress he could see that flushed face gazing up at him with a pair of deep blues that drove his heart mad like a freight train. Noel's eyes seemed to light up with a desire for Jade as he reached up pulled away Jade's shirt, tossing it to the floor. Once it was gone the barkeep's hands slowly trailed their way around the man's toned body as if he was trying to memorize every inch of Jade's body. The motion he was doing caused a slight blush to appear under Jade's eyes as he gazed down, watching, his soft and long black hair was hanging down at the sides of his face.

Hesitating for a moment Jade made his choice and leaned down to plant another deep kiss on Jade. His hand slowly gliding down the front of Noel until his fingertip was rubbing against the front of Noel's pants. It was obvious to the touch that Noel desired him just as he did the barkeep. Both of their faces were flushed and breathing heavily. Exhaling slowly a quiet moan escaped Noel's mouth right next to Jade's ear as he felt the man's hand slip into his pants. Those jaded green eyes were full of desire for Noel as his body shuddered at the touch of that wandering hand.

That night Jade and Noel took their next step forward in their relationship.
