73 Birthday

KAI POV 

FRIDAY.

It was my seventeenth birthday, and my father had all our family and his friends over to celebrate. I sat next to him on the dining table filled with at least twenty people, they were laughing, eating and drinking but all I could think about was a drugged up Sofia on my bed passed out. I don't feel bad about giving her the pills, it was Danil's idea. I was shocked when he walked in with the doctor but didn't question it. He knew she would wanna leave the minute she woke up but I didn't want her going back to her shitting apartment, so he stole the pills from his father. Sofia had been asleep all day, passed out cold; but that was good her body needs to heel. I don't know why she fucking hates me, I saved her life. I sealed my fate for her. 

"Son, I have someone I want you to meet." Waiting for him to take his seat and speak. He sat at the head of the table, and everyone stopped what they were doing. When he spoke everyone listened.
