Chapter 1: Logic Was Clearly Broken a Long Time Ago.

Noah Point of View.

(Noah's House)

"This can't be right" I looked at my hands that were tanner than they should be.

Belatedly I realized I was shaking, my whole body was.

Trying to regain control of my body and not fall into a panic attack, I took several deep breaths.

When I felt that the tremors were gradually leaving me, I processed the real situation.

'I find myself in a room that is clearly not my room but at the same time it is my room in a body totally different from mine but with which I am too uncomfortably familiar and what is worse, memories that are making my identity, that this little by little losing stability, it became confusing' Closing my eyes tightly I put my hands over my eyes and lay down on my bed...

In bed…

An exasperated moan left my throat. If only the bed was already giving me a headache, I didn't want to think about what would happen if I started thinking about this body...

…My body…

…The body I am using…

'GOD, that sounds so weird.'

I squeezed my eyes shut again as confusing images flashed through my head. His life flashing before his eyes while an existential crisis began to brew inside him.

The teenager looked at his reflection on his cell phone screen.

Gripping his hair tightly as if he wanted to tear it out Noah held back a silent scream as he waited for the pain to pass. After a while his breathing calmed and he slowly let himself fall to the floor of the room.

"Shit, this can't be happening," he whispered in disbelief as he processed the apparent paranormal event that occurred to him.

(Third person point of view)

(Total Drama Island)

On the dock, a short man in his thirties smiled at the camera: "Hello! We're live from Camp Wawanakwa somewhere in Muskoka, Ontario." He paused to let it sink in before speaking: "I'm your host, Chris McLean, bringing you the first season of the hottest reality show ever! Now ! same!".

Chris walks down the pier like he's taking a stroll: "Here's the deal: 22 campers have signed up to spend eight weeks here at this old, run-down summer camp." He stops his walk in front of the camp sign: "They will compete against each other and then they will have to face the judgments of their campmates." Chris paused for a moment, "Every three days, a team will win a reward or watch a member of their team walk down the pier of shame and take a ride on the losing boat, haha, and leave Drama Island." forever and will never come back... Never!" He smiled, pointing to the dock.

(Bonfire)

"Your fate will be decided here in dramatic campfire ceremonies," Chris pointed to the campfire site, "where every week all but one camper will receive a marshmallow." He grabbed a marshmallow stick and took a bite before throwing it away. "In the end, only one will be left standing and he will be rewarded with tawdry tabloid fame and a small fortune," Chris pulls a treasure shield out of thin air before whispering to the camera with a light laugh: "Let's face it I spent it." in a week... or less... haha . "

"To survive they will have to battle black flies, grizzly bears, disgusting camp food and themselves" Chris smiled at the camera.

(Dock)

Chris returned to the dock, "Every moment will be captured by one of the hundreds of cameras placed throughout the camp. Who will crumble under the pressure?! Find out here right now in..." He takes a deep breath as he points at the camera with a smile, "TOTAL DRAMA ISLAND!"

Theme song

The intern behind the camera signaled to Chris: "Welcome back to Total Drama Island." He smiled, "Okay, time to meet our victim...cough, uh, I mean the campers. We told them they were all staying at a five star resort," Chris chuckled, " So If they seem angry, that's probably why." As if on cue, the ship simply stopped as Chris turned to look at the first camper with a smile, "What's up, Beth!"

A short girl, with glasses and a rather strange hairstyle, got off the yacht that arrived at the dock… in every way poor.

The farm girl suddenly attacks Chris with a screech, causing him to give her a strange look: "It's so amazing to meet you!" Beth blinked, "Wow, you're so short in real life."

"Uh... Thanks?" Chris muttered with a raised eyebrow before looking over and seeing a giant Jamaican man walking towards him with duffel bags and greeted him, "DJ."

"Hey, Chris McLean. How's it going?" DJ high-fived Chris before looking towards the camp, "Hey, are you sure you have the right spot here? Where's the hot tub?" DJ asked the host, only to hear him confirm that it was the right place, "Hmm... It looks very different from the registration platform..." He muttered, carrying his bags to the other side of the pier as he looked around with the dismayed frown.

The yacht's horn signaled the arrival of another competitor.

A girl with dyed hair in a corset, short skirt and leather boots under the yacht.

"Hello, Gwen." The smiling host looked at Gwen waiting for her reaction.

The goth girl sighed.

"You mean we'll stay here?" Gwen nodded toward the ruined cabins.

Chris chuckled, "Oh no! You guys will stay there. I'll stay in this air-conditioned trailer." Pointing in the direction of a luxury trailer parked away from the ramshackle camp.

Gwen seeing Chris's smile that seemed to be mocking her got angry and showed it.

"I didn't sign up for that!" She growled, approaching Chris angrily.

"Actually, you did." Chris smiled, proudly presenting the contract, which bound them and protected him from most lawsuits, before Gwen grabbed it and tore it in half smiling at the end. "...The good thing about lawyers is...they make a lot of copies." Chris smiled smugly, Gwen grunted again before picking up her bags.

"I'm not staying here!"

"Sure, I hope you know how to swim back since your boat just left." The sound of a ship honking its horn was heard as it left the island.

"Idiot, " Gwen told the host as another boat pulled up with a pink-shirted cowboy doing some sort of dance before jumping off the boat followed by his luggage.

"What's up, Chris. It's an honor to meet you, man!" The cowboy saluted with a punch.

"Geoff-ster! Welcome to the island, old man!"

Geoff smiled, "Thanks, man!"

"If they say 'old' one more time, I'm going to throw up." Gwen whispered to DJ and Beth, earning some apprehensive looks from them.

Chris looks back at the dock before introducing the new contestant to the other campers: "Everyone, this is Lindsay." The blonde bombshell greeted everyone with a smile, "Not bad at all, huh?" Chris whispered to the camera as Lindsay approached Chris.

"You look so familiar!" Lindsay pointed at Chris as he smiles at her.

"I'm Chris McLean." She blinked and stared at him without any acknowledgment of his status or name on her face, "...The host of this show?"

"Oh, that's where I know you from." Lindsay said seemingly recognizing the host.

"Um... Yeah..." Chris blinked with a shocked expression on his face as if he couldn't believe that someone especially one of his contestants didn't recognize him as he watched Lindsay walk towards the group before muttering something about not being bright.

Grumbling, Chris turned around to see another teenage girl on the dock, "Heather."

Heather scoffed as she walked towards the end of the dock with a frown on her face.

Beth approached Heather to greet her "Looks like we'll be your friends for the next eight weeks" spitting in Heather's face in the process.

Heather with a disgusted expression was about to give the farmer a lesson only for loud music to interrupt the conversation while everyone looked at the fountain to see a punk standing on top of the speaker before jumping off the boat.

"Duncan, friend." Chris greeted the punk.

"I don't like surprises..." Duncan threatened with a frown and patted his fist.

"Yeah, your probation officer warned me about that, man." Chris chuckled, "He also told me if you were trouble to call him anytime and to send you back to juvie." The short man crossed his arms with a smile.

Duncan shrugged and rolled his eyes. "Okay." She picked up her bag and started walking towards the end of the dock, in the process the criminal winked at Heather: "See you by the bonfire, beautiful."

"Ewww, die you cretin." Heather crossed her arms "I'll call my parents, Chris! You can't make me stay here!" Chris smiled as he pulled out the contact and shook it, meaning he can't leave at any time until it comes to elimination.

Another boat appears, pulling a ski jock in a red jumpsuit, "Ladies and gentlemen, Tyler!" Said athlete greeted everyone with a hand, but that caused him to fall and he flew over the heads of the group before landing on the suitcases. Everyone grimaced as they watched a suitcase fly through the air before falling into the water, soaking Heather in the process, "Good arrival old man!" Chris yelled at the jock before Tyler gave a thumbs up from under the stacks.

Chris laughed at Heather's situation when a loud sigh interrupted his amusement, looking right behind him to see a redheaded nerd with some sort of keyboard and his luggage.

"Um... Welcome to camp, Harold." Chris smiled as he thought it was creepy for breathing so hard on his neck, who would do that...besides some of his fans. Harold stares at Chris. That nerd is really starting to scare him.

"Um...what are you looking at?" Beth asked the campers, only to shrug and feel a few shivers. Chris hopes Harold wasn't looking at him.

"You mean this show is at this crappy summer camp and not on a big stage?" Harold questioned Chris.

Chris nodded: "That's right."

"Yes, it is more favorable for my crazy abilities."

"And now for contestant number nine, Trent!" The presenter nods to the musician.

"Hey, Chris, I saw you on that figure skating show. Good job." Trent congratulated the host in a relaxed voice.

"Thank you! I knew I mastered that program!" Chris boasted as they slammed their fists together.

"Saw that." Beth chimed in: "One of the guys dropped his partner on his head and they got immunity that week."

"Lucky me! I hope I fall on my head." Harold said.

"Me too," Lindsay commented.

"So this is it?" Trent asked apprehensively looking at the place and the group with Harold scratching his nose and Duncan hitting his fist against his palm.

"Well very good" Trent took his place next to Gwen before smiling at her, causing the goth girl to look away only to smile at the musician when he looked away.

The horn of another yacht indicated the arrival of another of the campers.

A girl with blonde hair this time with a surfboard and a somewhat strange outfit under the yacht.

"Hi how are things?" Greetings to the host, the apparent surfer

"Great! Our surfer girl, Bridgette, is here." Presenting Chris smiling

"Nice board..." Duncan scoffed, "This isn't Malibu , honey."

"I thought we'd be on a beach." -Bridgette asked.

Chris points to the polluted beach with a smile: "and we are!" Chris points out the beach where a seagull somehow gets stuck in the plastic soda containers before the water carries it off the beach.

"Umm, Great..." Bridgette looks disappointed after seeing the polluted beach before bending down to pick up her bag, not realizing that she just hit the host in the head with her board.

"Oh, damn! That hurts!" Chris groaned, rubbing his sore head. 'I hope it doesn't leave a bruise. My poor beautiful face...'

"Hey guys," Bridgette greets the rest of the cast without realizing the blow she gave her host.

"Hi, I'm Geoff!" Geoff greeted Bridgette with enthusiasm in his tone as Bridgette turned towards him, swinging the board. It was lucky the boys hid underneath.

"Jeez, be careful with the board!" Harold complained.

"Hi, I'm Beth!" The farmer waved as the campers crouched down again.

"Okay, now we've met the surfer girl... Can we get on with the show?" Heather growled, shaking the water out of her hair.

"Did anyone not have their double cappuccino macchiato this morning?" Duncan smiled as Harold snickered.

"... Fuck you..." Heather growled with her hands on her hips.

"Our…" The announcer grimaced as he touched his head, he just missed some of what the campers were talking about because of the headache but it didn't matter because he knew everything around him was being recorded "Our next camper is "Noah."

A slightly nerdy boy in a blue shirt walked casually towards the presenter without saying a word until he passed him by.

"Ohh come on buddy, at least say something." Chris complained to the apparent bookworm that he didn't like being ignored so openly on national television.

"Sure... Is that where we're staying?" With an apathetic voice Noah asked about the ruined camp.

"No, it's your mother's house and we're having a party." Duncan clapped his fist.

"Oh that's right, well..." Noah remained expressionless.

Now not only did they ignore him but Chris lost focus of the show.

"That was Noah" interrupting the clear end of the conversation. Chris diverted the participants' attention to himself and the next yacht that was already arriving.

Meanwhile, the apathetic Noah didn't greet anyone, he didn't make eye contact or acknowledge anyone as if everyone around him didn't really exist, he just settled in listening to the next camper.

"What's up everyone! Leshawna's in the house!" They all look up to see a dark skinned teenage girl waving at them and can hear Harold gasp at her. "Hello doll, how are you doing?" High five to Chris: "Feel free to quit now and save yourself the trouble because this woman is here to win." She joked with the campers as the campers laughed at her jokes: "Give me some sugar, bro!" Leshawna raised her hand towards DJ as he responded with a high five.

"I've never seen a girl like you before in my life!" Harold bubbled.

"Sorry?"

"You're so big and loud!" Harold gesturing with his hands indicated his point.

"What have you just told me?" This didn't sit well with Leshawna and she was about to show the lanky nerd what she was capable of.

'That must be a terrible way to die.' Noah pulled out of his thoughts by the girl's shout with attitude smiled slightly while the rest grimaced as Leshawna yelled at Harold before Bridgette and DJ stopped Leshawna.

Chris chuckled watching the scene "Alright campers, calm down!" The host yelled at them, Leshawna huffed as she looked at Harold getting ready.

Chris approaches two new campers dressed in matching clothes: "Ladies! Katie, Sadie! Welcome to your new home for eight weeks!" Extending his hand, Chris introduced the ramshackle summer camp.

"Oh my God! Sadie look! It's summer camp!" Katie gushed to Sadie.

"I always wanted to go to summer camp!"

"EEEEEEEEEE!"

When they reached the campers' side, Noah moved slightly away from the rest of the group while looking at the floor suspiciously.

" What are you watching, loser?!" The queen bee, believing that the nerd was looking at her butt, began to yell at him and walk away from him while Noah continued to ignore her.

At his lack of reaction Heather just huffed in annoyance.

Chris rubbed his head before noticing the homeschooled farmer, "Ezekiel! What's up, man?"

"I think I see a bird, huh." Trent laughed as everyone looked at Ezekiel with a puzzled expression.

"Um... Alright listen, I know you don't get out much, you've been homeschooled your whole life, and raised by crazy peasants... don't talk too much and try not to get taken out too quickly, okay?" Ezequiel nodded with a smile. "If that boy survives more than 3 challenges I will be surprised."

"That's just...um...wow?" Gwen shook her head, dumbfounded.

"Cody! The Codester! The Codes-meister!" Cody flashed his smile as they high-fived.

"Excited to be here, man!" The boy approaches the campers and says, "I see the ladies have already arrived, very well." She winked at them and they all rolled their eyes while some laughed at the act. Cody turns to say something to Leshawna, but the bold girl put her finger on his lips.

"Keep it short, short things." Cody smiled at him before taking his place.

"Eva! It's good to see you here!" The bodybuilder girl ignored her host and walked towards the caravan with a frown. Cody decided to give her a high five, only for the girl's purse to fall on his foot.

Cody yelled.

'Well I guess that's enough to show personality, but what's up with kids nowadays and their tendency to ignore me?' Chris thought that maybe young people didn't have good taste nowadays.

"What's inside? Weights?" Cody complained.

"Yeah." Eva answered with a harsh voice.

Duncan looks at DJ, "She's all yours."

"WOOOO-HOOOOO!" Everyone jumped at the booming voice and turned to look at the large teen, "Chris, what's going on, buddy?" He laughed to himself, "This is so awesome! WOO-HOOO!"

"Owen, welcome!" The host greeted before being hugged.

"IT'S SO AMAZING TO BE HERE, MAN!" Owen tightened his hug, "Yeah, man, that's so…" Owen paused, trying to figure out what to say.

"Amazing?" Gwen smiled at him.

"YES! Awesome! WOO-HOOO! Are you going to be on my team?"

"Oh, I hope so." Gwen muttered in a sarcastic tone, rolling her eyes.

"WOOOOOOOOOO-HOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

Noah, once again seeing Owen, looks at the floor again and takes another step away without realizing the increasingly deadly look that Heather was giving him, who still believed that they were shamelessly looking at her ass.

The fed up Asian woman walked even further away from the boy with strong steps.

"Are you almost done?" Chris glared at Owen before the big boy set him back down on the ground.

"I'm sorry old man, I'm just so amazed." Owen once apologized and ran towards the rest of the campers with the same emotion.

"Great," Chris said dryly. "Here comes Courtney." He pointed to the boat with said girl waving at the group.

"Thank you." Courtney took Chris's hand and walked downstairs before heading towards the group, "Hello, you must be the other contestants. It's nice to meet you all."

"Nice to meet you, I'm Owen!" He grabbed Courtney's hand and shook it excitedly.

"It's nice to meet you too, O...wow..." She paused, her jaw dropping as she saw the approaching camper. Everyone was amazed because the camper was so handsome that he could pass for a supermodel.

Noah could almost hear the enchanting music that came with Justin's appearance, watching as most around him stood in awe at the boy.

'He's handsome, I don't deny it, but why so many exaggerated reactions?' Noah thought when he saw the faces of the rest.

"This is Justin, welcome to drama island." Chris introduced him to the group:

"Thank you, this is the best" Justin responded by bumping his fist with Chris's.

"Just so you know we chose you based solely on your looks." Chris left that comment.

Justin smiled at him, "I can live with that," and shrugged as he headed toward the rest of the cast.

"I like your pants!" Owen pointed to Justin's jeans.

"Thanks my friend."

"Because they look so worn out. Did you buy them like that?"

"Um... No, I just had them for a while."

"Oh great..." Owen facepalm, "Stupid..."

"Hey everyone, it's Izzy!" Chris introduced the next contestant who was still on the yacht.

"Hello Chris!" She waved before stepping off the boat and tapping her chin on the dock.

"Ow! That was bad!" Tyler laughed and Courtney ran over to her.

"That blow could very well have broken his jaw," Noah commented to himself , silencing Tyler's laughter, but Noah himself didn't move to help at all.

"Guys! "I could be hurt!" Courtney clearly hearing that comment told the rest as she helped Izzy onto the dock.

When he finally managed to get the crazy girl on board, Izzy started shaking like a dog, splashing some drops on Courtney who was closer.

"That felt so good... Except for hitting my chin, so this is summer camp? Do you have paper mache here? Are we having lunch soon?" Izzy began to talk and ask questions quickly around her.

"That was a good decision!" Owen perked up at the mention of food.

"First things first we need group photos for promos." Chris chuckled, "Everyone at the end of this dock!" With that, the campers gather at the end of the dock and take their positions, with Noah kneeling just right. next to Izzy with a face as expressionless as when I arrived. The host jumps onto the boat with the camera, "Okay, one… two… Oops, forget to take the lens cap off. Now hold that posture...Wait, card full!"

"Oh, come on!" Leshawna muttered, "My face is starting to freeze."

"There! Alright everyone says, 'Wawanakwa'!"

"Wawanakwa...WOW!" They all screamed as the dock broke, sending them into the water: "Okay guys, dry off and we'll meet at the campfire in 10."

Noah just watched from the untouched side of the dock as everyone tried to compose themselves. For a moment I lock eyes with Heather. The quasi-nerd turned around without saying a word.

(Bonfire)

"This is Camp Wawanakwa, your home for the next eight weeks." Chris greeted the scene, "The campers sitting around you will be your cabin mates, competition, and maybe even your friends." The campers look at each other, "Get it? The camper who manages to stay on Total Drama Island the longest without being rejected will win a cool $100,000."

"Excuse me," Duncan smiled, "What will the sleeping arrangements be, because I want a bunk bed under her?" He pointed at Heather.

Heather gasped in disgust, "They're not mixed, are they?"

"No." The host shook his head: "The girls have one side of each cabin and the boys have the other."

"What happens if you break that rule and sleep in the wrong cabin?" Noah asked.

"Are you thinking of sneaking in... Ewww just the thought makes me nauseous" Heather replied with venom. It seemed like the queen bee wanted to continue insulting the poor boy but Chris interrupted her.

"Very good question Noah! "As everyone knows, this is a program suitable for all audiences, so there cannot be any explicit content at all," Chris explained with a smile as he looked at the now uncomfortable campers. "Which means that if any of you are caught on camera." Pointing Chris around where countless poorly hidden cameras were in plain sight, "doing anything PG-18 will get me sued for making child pornography, so if any of you hormonal teenagers can't control yourselves, it's beyond me." program… Understood?" Chris finished his explanation in a more serious tone.

Seeing the previously relaxed host become serious, the entire cast nodded together, some more awkwardly than others.

"Excuse me, Kyle?" Lindsay raised her hand: "Can I have a cabin with a lake view since I'm pretty?" As if all of the above were unimportant, Lindsay expressed her wish openly.

"Yes you are, but that's not how it works here..." Chris sighed, "And it's Chris."

"But I have to be with Sadie or I'll die!" Katie's squeaky voice screamed.

"Yes, and I'll break out in hives! It's true!" Sadie blatantly lied.

"This can not be happening". Gwen moaned before Owen grabbed her and Tyler in a headlock, "Come on, guys. It'll be fun! Like a slumber party!"

"At least you don't have to sleep next to him," Tyler whispered to Gwen, nodding toward Duncan who was holding a deer in a headlock as he clenched his fist to his head.

"This is the deal, we will divide you into two teams, if I say your names, stand over there: Gwen, Trent, Heather, Cody, Lindsay, Beth, Katie, Owen, Leshawna, Justin and... Noah" Chris finished naming the members of the team. newly formed team.

"From this moment on you will be officially known as… the Screaming Moles!" The host threw the contestants a green cloth with the emblem of what looked like a mole in a fighting pose.

"SEEEEH I'M A MOLE WOOOUU" Owen who couldn't contain his excitement screamed at the top of his lungs... in Noah's ear who was now looking at the fat man badly as he walked away and stood next to Katie and Leshawna.

"Wait and where is Sadie?" The tanned twin asked about her BFF anxiously, looking around in search of her best friend.

"The others around here" totally ignoring the worried teenager Chris continued with the program "Geoff, Bridgette, DJ, Tyler, Sadie, Izzy, Courtney, Ezekiel, Duncan, Eva AND Harold."

"MOVE, MOVE!" Chris strongly urged the campers not to waste time 'This show only lasts 20 minutes if there is no drama that will increase my ratings I don't want to waste those valuable minutes.'

"B-but Katie is a mole, I have to be a mole." Sadie, putting her hands together, lamented the separation from her best friend.

Courtney walked over to the wider twin to comfort her a little.

"Sadie, right? Come on everything will be fine" empathetic Courtney put an arm behind her back and guided the distressed BFF.

"THIS IS SO UNFAIR I MISS YOU KATIE!" A Sadie on the verge of tears yelled at her BFF as she headed towards the rest of her team. Only for an equally distraught Katie to respond "I MISS YOU TOO."

"You will be officially known as the Killer Catfish." As if that whole little episode had never happened, Chris concentrated on his own voice… rather on introducing the other team by throwing another cloth at them, this time red with what looked like an angry fish like it. emblem

"It's incredible… it's like really impressive" the nerd with glasses commented smiling.

"Alright campers, you and your teams will be on camera in all public areas during this competition." Chris called the campers' attention again to explain a couple of things to keep in mind.

(Confessional)

Changing places, Chris now in what looks like a seedy outhouse full of flies continued with his explanation "You will also be able to share your most intimate thoughts whenever you want with video diaries, let the public at home know what you really think or just let off steam." Chris laughed as he already thought about all the drama that would ensue from this disgusting outhouse.

(Confessional)

"Umm, okay , this sucks so far." Gwen crossed her arms clearly unhappy with the whole situation,

(Confessional)

"I don't understand where the cameraman is " Lindsay, confused by the lack of the cameraman, didn't realize that he was giving a good close-up of her shapely butt to all the spectators.

(Confessional)

A duck was caught on camera applying lipstick only to realize the camera was recording.

"CUAAKK" The duck got agitated and tried to break the tape.

(Confessional)

Noah was sitting still without saying anything, well until he started muttering unintelligible things that were not heard by the camera microphone "… that's not the worst thing, they are all fucking stereotypes from 2008, how am I supposed to see them as real people How is it supposed to…" except for that small part where only 'damn stereotypes' were understood"

(Confessional)

"Hello everyone, look at this, I have something very important to say." Owen, with his hands on what may have been his hips, began to speak primly.

-PRFFFF- he farted and laughed as if farting was a joke.

(Bonfire)

"Very good! Any questions? Brilliant!" Chris didn't wait for anyone to answer his question before moving on. "Let's go find their cabins."

(Outside the cabins)

"Moles, you will go in the east cabin" Chris extended his hand to the right where the cabin was located "Catfish in the west" he pointed with his finger to the left, next to the mole cabin.

(Mole Cabin – Feminine Side)

"Bunk beds? It's not very…camp" Heather, disgusted, stood still at the door of the cabin that would be her new place of residence.

"That's the genius idea." Gwen walked past her, bumping her shoulder into Heather's shoulder.

"Argh shut up weird goth girl" the queen bee ordered which Gwen ignored and continued with her things only to be interrupted by a particularly irritating voice.

"I see you're smart, I like that." Cody, without fear of success, approached the gothic woman and gave her a compliment.

Sighing exasperated, Gwen turned with her hands on her hips and glared at the nerd who was trying to flirt with her. "Shouldn't you be on the boys' side?"

Cody smiled nervously, showing a gap in his teeth.

Cody flew out of the cabin and filled his mouth with grass as he landed.

"Where are the plugs? "I have to turn on my straightening iron," a worried Lindsay asked her host in a distressed and squeaky voice, paying no attention to the boy who flew out of his cabin.

"There are some in the communal bathrooms across the road." Chris pointed with his eyes to the small structure near the cabins.

"Communal bathrooms? But I'm not Catholic."

"Not communion, communal," Chris expressed, somewhat disconcerted by how bad things are going to go for this country if these types of teenagers are the future.

"It means we shower together… idiot," an exasperated Gwen explained, already fed up with the blonde's stupidity.

"AAAAAAAA NOOO LET'S GO" Lindsay shouted.

' I knew I shouldn't get out of bed today,' Gwen thought as she covered her ears and grimaced at the sound.

Owen and Trent came out of their cabin to see what was happening with the noise while Noah, who was still inside arranging his things, tried to ignore all the noise.

"I'm glad us guys are alone in the cabin, you know what I mean," Owen said while laughing.

"I-I say noo " Realizing how bad that statement sounded Owen tried to correct himself "I didn't mean that I love girls haha but I don't want to sleep with them AAARG I SAY" in the end he only made it worse and continued trying to correct himself with Trent.

"Sorry Chris, is there a chaperone at this facility?" Geoff asked Chris.

"They are all 16 or 17 years old just like the summer camp counselors so apart from me they will be unsupervised" Chris declared with a shrug as if hundreds of cameras were not monitoring them "you have half an hour to unpack and meet me in the main room." "

"Super" Geoff smiled.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" Lindsay's loud scream was heard again but this time throughout the island causing a grimace on the faces of all the campers.

Some campers approached the mole cabin to see why the blonde was screaming.

"How that white girl screams" Leshawna spoke.

"WHAT IS THIS! KILL HIM! KILLOO! KILLOOO!" Lindsay in total panic continued screaming

"UGGH AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" Just as scared DJ brought out his inner woman and jumped towards the nearest bed.

-CRUSHH- breaking it in the process while still shaking

"That was my bed," Gwen sighed.

Harold, with a bad karate pose, walked past Gwen and tried to kill the beast that was terrorizing everyone around him.

"AAAAAAAAAAAA!"

Heather climbed onto the bunk

"AAAAAAAAAAAA!"

Beth was next.

"AAAAAAAAAAAA!"

At some point Lindsay jumped onto the bed DJ was on and stayed behind the Jamaican giant.

"CAN'T YOU KEEP QUIET FOR A DAMN SECOND?" Noah, fed up with all the screaming, burst through the entrance to see this scene. The chaos, the panic, the exaggerated reactions caused a look full of disbelief on his face while his expression reflected confusion that became disbelief and ended up being disgust.

'This can't be serious' the skinny boy thought 'they must be paid to act like this or there must be some reason, maybe Chris paid them to act or they want to get attention…' he refused to accept this reality.

Suddenly tired of all this drama, Noah just sighed shook his head and bent down to grab the cockroach that was causing panic.

The apparent nerd walked past Duncan who was carrying a… axe? 'Of course he'd bring an axe' Noah thought.

He left the stupid cockroach on the grass far from the cabins, without giving another glance to the rest of the contestants, he went towards the dining room.

"Coff, cough" an uncomfortable cough was heard in the cabin.

Uncomfortable expressions adorned the faces of most of the participants at this moment.

Making a scene for something so simple, perhaps it was too much, was the general consensus that was created without saying a word.

But this was not the case for all the participants. A busty blonde was now looking with bright eyes in the direction of the nerd who left.

"If you see one again just let me know because… Umm… I can do that too" Only to be distracted and look at the handsome young man dressed in a red tracksuit who approached flirtatiously.

Lindsay smiled as she tried to hide her happiness behind her hand and Tyler, the boy in the tracksuit, smiled charmingly, or tried to as it came out more like a grimace in the end.

"Hmph, they always prefer athletes," commented Duncan, who could only sigh in disappointment at not having been able to use his new legitimately acquired ax to his heart's content.

(Dining room)

"LISTEN, I SERVE THREE TIMES A DAY AND YOU WILL EAT THREE TIMES A DAY, BRING YOUR TRAY, TAKE YOUR FOOD AND LAY YOUR BACK ON THE CHAIRS" Chef Hatchet 's shrill voice echoed throughout the dining room.

"Excuse me, we will eat the three important food groups." Seeing the unrecognizable foods, a worried Beth asked.

"Yes, because I get hypoglycemia if I don't eat enough sugar." Harold, also worried about his health, questioned the Chef.

Which is never really a good idea.

Narrowing his eyes at the little punks who were criticizing his food the Chef glared at them, Beth who had noticed this quickly walked away from the Chef.

"YOU WILL HAVE ENOUGH TO SHUT YOUR MOUTH" the ex-military man shouted with enough force to make Harold's hair and leave some saliva stains on his glasses.

"Fuck you," Owen whispered to Noah, who was now looking at him like he was a complete idiot.

"WHAT DID YOU SAY" Chef seemed to have heard Owen's comment "Come closer, fat man, I'm not listening to you." With a lower voice but clearly just as intimidating, Chef ordered Owen to come closer.

"Aah I didn't say anything important" Scared and nervous Owen just grabbed his tray quickly just looking at it for a moment with a strange look before quickly leaving there.

"Surely not." Nodding at the show of submission, the Chef continued serving food.

"YOU SKINNY, give me your plate." The Chef pointed to Noah who just brought his tray towards the Chef and with practiced abruptness put more red grass on his stale bread... only for it to defy gravity and return to the ladle it came from. .

Noah's eyes widened at this.

'T-This, are we just going to ignore that that happened?!' Noah looked around and no one seemed particularly surprised, disgusted yes but that was because of the food in general not because of the strange phenomenon that just occurred.

Ignoring the almost existential crisis that the camper had in front of Chef, he just yelled in his face to get him to move.

Moving on autopilot Noah walked past Leshawna and Eva.

"What are you saying, friend?" Leshawna tried to start a conversation with Eva.

"…"

Eva just ignored Leshawna

"Oooh this is how things are going to be" Leshawna, upset at being ignored, was about to start an argument.

"NEXT" only to be interrupted by Chef's shout.

"Sorry, my nutritionist says I shouldn't eat white sugar, flour or dairy," Lindsay complained again.

Chef, ignoring the silly girl, concentrated on killing the fly that was bothering him.

"I don't think that's a problem." Looking at her food doubtfully, Gwen responded to Lindsay.

"Great" Blissfully unaware the dumb blonde continued on.

"Well I hate being predictable and complaining the first day but I think my food moved" Gwen in a last desperate attempt to make this just a bad joke complained to the Chef.

-PLUSSH-

The cook, already fed up with the complaints of these snotty teenagers, simply crushed the red dough with a hammer.

"Ready solved" Gwen now covered in said pasta smiled trying to hide her nervousness and uncertainty due to the Chef's violent action.

Gwen quickly retreated to her seat.

A beaming Chris appeared in the dining room shortly after.

"Welcome to the main hall"

"Hey man, can we order some pizza?" Geoff, unhappy with the food, tried to appeal to his host for something better than whatever that red pasta was.

-FLU FLU FLU-

Only for a huge kitchen blade to fly right in front of him.

"HEY CALM DOWN, THAT BROWN THING IS FINE, RIGHT GUYS?!" Now completely terrified Geoff tried to appease Chef.

The rest of the contestants, perhaps to save the life of the boy with the hat or to avoid the wrath of the crazy Chef, nodded together towards the angry giant man.

Chris, amused by the fear on the campers' faces, chuckled a little.

"Your first challenge starts in an hour" turning around with the announcement already made Chris left the place.

"What do you think they will ask us to do?" Katie asked DJ who was sitting next to her.

"It's our first challenge, how difficult it can be" DJ relaxed.

Well, to be completely honest, this is not my first attempt at writing, but it is the first one that I dare to upload. This is like a pilot episode, I already have a pretty clear idea of where I want my story to go in the future, well more or less, but you can tell by the labels I gave them. I don't expect much support but anyone is welcome. I look forward to reviews to see if I can improve at any point.

By the way, my first language is not English , this is translated, so report any errors and I will try to correct them.

A big greeting to all from Walowily .
