Finishing the Quest

SWOOSH!!

"Kyran!!", Rex glance back at Kyran in panic.

The long sharp thorn flew past him as it went straight towards Kyran, its movement is fast and even Delta who is just beside Kyran won't be able to reach him first before the thorn.

Upon hearing Rex's shout, Kyran looks in front before his breathing stopped.

He saw a bone-like thorn flying towards him, the thorn was lightning fast as even he can only manage to raise his hands slightly in response.

But then, something whispers to him.

Kyran widened his eyes as the dark mana inside of him moved on its own.

With the thorn going at him with fast movement, the dark mana moves even faster as it gathers on Kyran's hand.

The dark mana reaches Kyran's hands at the same time as the thorn arrives.

Black energy envelopes Kyran's hands as the tip of the thorn arrives in between his hands, the dark mana then slightly stretches towards the thorn and engulfs it.
