Hard not to give such a great book 5 stars. I 100% recommend this to anyone tired of the same old stories with the same elements and characters copy pasted over and over again. The innkeeper characters are fun, believable and flawed, the premise is original, the comedy hits and the story keeps getting better. [img=recommend]
This novel in one word, stable. The writing quality has been are throughout the entire 700 odd chapters thus far. Being detailed where it needs to be. This novel excels in word choice and more. Updating stability deserves a 5/5. Its stable. Nothing more needs to be said. Story development. This is for those who don’t want a quick story. It is slow, but each chapter builds upon something. It sets up brilliant foundations although the end goal is still elusive, if there is one, it does well with general building. Character Design. Though there is a lot of them, which does cause issues with developing so many Lifesketcher does a great job. Slowly giving each character in this story something that makes them unique. World background: In my opinion, this is what the author excels the most at. A lot of thought has gone into how this Universe/realms etc works. Although this might be a bit too much for some. Overall this is one of the better novels I’ve read on this platform. Although it will not be everyone’s cup of tea, for those who enjoy this type of novel, the author does honor to it. - :)
This is like, the first ever novel that has an actual reasonable reason for why the system chose the main character. the author’s writing is very immersive ngl, overall, this novel truly deserves a 5/5 out of everything Btw, if the author is reading this then are you on the webnovel discord server? And when are you planning to create your own discord server.
mc is a hypocrite he says that he doesn't discriminate a race or people but as the story progresses he either kills others from zombie or beast and other races and organizes a full on war against them and says that it was a game,so humans gain advantage. he is a double faced hypocrite, and the main point the novel is named the innkeeper not word creator or cultivation building novel and there is no story about the main point which is the inn
As someone with a great eye for written English. My interest is not easily piqued. But I have been hooked by this novel, so much so, that I feel I must write a review. The writing quality, and practically all aspects of The Inkeeper has me looking forward to reading the next chapter. Great work author, great work. (the name "Igishima" 😄 had me laughing out loud).. it resonated with a language I am familiar with. *wink.
A very refreshing novel to read, with a decently planned out plot in the works. The main thing that draws me in is not the system but the mc who is made to be very relatable to your average person. Which I believe will also draw you in, along with the modified cultivation system(power system). In addition to the fact that the mc will be world hopping, meaning that it probably wont be bland or monotonous. And a added bonus to this novel is that the author can actually write normal conversations between people and not change their personality every second nor make everyone a clone of each other when it comes to dialogue. Anyways other than my rant about conversations (I hate Skyrim dialogue so much that I always become a mass murderer), I would recommend this book as it has good potential and a author that knows what their doing. Good on ya author! And thanks for the key to the inn, I'll be enjoying my stay on this adventure. [img=fp]
A great novel worthy of this reviews thus far. Story Development:A good premise with good execution overall. Character Development: Excellent... multiple enjoyable characters and mc is slowly being developed while also still entertaining to read in his more "primitive" state. Updating Stability:No clue... hoping it's good cause novel is enjoyable... World Background:Very well done. Give info to introduce worlds but not to much info as to cause confusion. Very well regulated 👍 Writing quality:Very few authors (Light novel wise) are as competent as this one when it comes to writing. Although errors exist, they are small errors which don't impact the overall experience too much. 5/5, would recommend.
Well for starters if you create a story about cultivation fantasy you do need to cultivate the Main Character instead of leaving him for at low level without making him cultivate and become stronger for most of the first 150 ish chapter. That's ridiculous and not necessary. You may call it character development to fancy a little bit but that is not character development but sloppy writing. What is the point of that organised tournament so early in the series?? It would've been so much fun if the MC is powerful but instead you just provide him with unnecessary materials that make him look weak.
