They Had Good Things Going On

A trace of shock flashed across Mr. and Mrs. Lin's eyes. They stared at Su Wan's blood-stained shoulder, and their voices were anxious.

"Wan, is your shoulder okay? Is it alright?"

Su Wan looked at Mr. and Mrs. Lin in front of her. She did not want them to worry, and the corners of her lips curved into a smile.

Su Wan shook her head at Mr. and Mrs. Lin.

"Don't worry, Uncle and Aunty. The doctor said my wound isn't deep. I just need to rest for a few days."

Mr. and Mrs. Lin were relieved. Mrs. Lin nodded slightly and bit her lip. Then, she asked the question she wanted to know the most.

"Wan, where's Fei'er? Do you know which ward she's in? Is she okay? Her father and I can't get through to her. I don't know what's wrong with her..."

"How could something like this happen today?!"
