Chapter 2 : Hungry in a Strange Land

After finding himself in the strange world of Murim, Arnab had been wandering for hours, dressed in ragged clothes like a beggar. As he walked, his stomach grumbled with hunger, and he searched for any source of sustenance.

Finally, he spotted a food stall at the side of the road, the scent of savory dishes wafting towards him. He approached the vendor, feeling a pang of embarrassment at his tattered appearance, and asked if he could work in exchange for a meal.

The vendor looked Arnab up and down, taking in his dirty clothes and unkempt appearance. But after a moment's hesitation, he nodded in agreement. "I could use an extra hand," he said gruffly, "but don't expect any special treatment just because you're helping out."

Arnab was grateful for the chance to work and eagerly set to task washing the dishes and cleaning up the stall. As he worked, he watched the vendor prepare the food, his mouth watering at the sight of the delicious-looking dishes. However, as an Indian, Arnab found the Korean cuisine less spicy and flavorful than what he was used to back home.

Finally, the vendor finished cooking and presented Arnab with a steaming bowl of rice and vegetables. Arnab hesitated for a moment, unsure if he would enjoy the unfamiliar taste. But he was hungry, and the food smelled good, so he decided to give it a try.

As he took his first bite, Arnab was surprised by the subtle flavors of the dish. It was different than what he was used to, but it was also delicious in its own way. He ate until his hunger was sated, feeling a sense of relief and gratitude wash over him.

As he sat there, surrounded by the sounds and smells of this new world, Arnab realized that he would need to be resourceful and adaptable if he was going to survive here. And that meant being open to new experiences, even when they didn't quite match his expectations.
