sunghu was a immortal who was in past life a king who betrayed by his brother and he need grim reaper to end his imortal life sunghu do help other and he meet a girl Mi sun was a grim reaper who was an assassin

i think that is all i know of him

the story begins with sunghu.

he's the king, king of the immortals.

but he's also been living without death for thousands of years and the world seems like it's going to be fine without him, and so he leaves.

but what will happen to humanity?

what if something happens to him while he's away?

will he return?

(who would have thought he would return? he didn't even remember how long he was gone.)

a few days ago he had died because he was too weak to fight back against his brother. but now he's alive again, stronger than ever before.

and then, out of nowhere, he wakes up in a place that isn't really there. where everyone is dead, but not him. why is this happening?

his heart sinks as he remembers what happened: he had left to kill a demon, who turned into a person, killing himself instead of letting sunghu finish him off.

and now they are both stuck here together, forever stuck in a state between life and death, trapped in this hellish limbo. and sunghu doesn't want to stay here anymore, he doesn''t want to live like this.

so, when he meets Mi sun, who seems like she has more experience in living than sunghu does, he accepts her offer to help him.

they spend a lot of time talking, and then they become friends.

Sunghu feels happy. happier than he has felt in centuries.

"hey," sunghu says, sitting down beside sun sun on the beach. "can i ask you something?"

sun sun nods, eyes looking at him curiously.

"are we… are we really from the same family?" sunghu asks tentatively, "isn't this kind of weird?"

sun sun looks surprised for a second, then she laughs lightly, shaking her head. "no, no, don't worry! I mean, yeah, our parents are different, but we're basically the same people. it's not like we're brothers or anything."

"oh." sunghu smiles, relief flooding over him. "that makes me feel better."

sun sun smiles warmly, resting her head on sunghu's shoulder.

"you know," sun sun starts, "if you really wanna knowmy real name is sungyeol."

it's almost as if sungyeol is waiting for sunghu to say something. but sunghu doesn't say anything. he doesn't know what to say to that.

"i just want someone to know," sun sun continues. "even if it's just us."

sunghu hums quietly, turning to face sun sun.

"your full name," sunghu says softly, leaning in until their foreheads are touching.

sun sun stares at him, lips parted slightly. sunghu can't read the expression on her face. but she closes her mouth, and smiles.

"my full name is sungyeol," sun sun says softly, eyes closed.

sunghu smiles softly. "well then sungyeol. i guess we should keep going."

"yeah," sun sun whispers.

sungyeol smiles, wrapping an arm around sun sun as sun sun leans into him. "let's keep walking together."

(the sky is dark and empty, and sungyeol feels like crying.)

(he's alone, in a place neither osungyeol wonders if they ever knew each other. maybe this whole time, he's been searching for an older brother. but no matter what, he knows his mother loved him dearly.)

"do you hear that?" sun sun asks after a long silence.

sungyeol furrows his eyebrows, listening intently for what sun sun is referring to.

"there's someone else here," sun sun whispers, and she stands slowly, hand raised protectively in front of sungyeol.

sungyeol follows suit, standing up.

"stay close to me," sun sun says, "don't let go."

(how could he not, sun sun is beautiful, shining brightly in the darkness of the afterlife. sungyeol is nothing compared to sun sun.)

(sungyeol wants to tell sun sun that the light shines brighter than any star he has ever seen.)

(they walk in silence. sun sun holds onto sungyeol tight.)

"look," sun sun whispers, pointing toward the trees, "there's someone else here."

(sungyeol looks, and sees a figure. he squintsf them recognize.
