Leaving the Holy Dragon Empire

Several days later the forth forefather (Yoshitsune Tatsuya) led several elders and a few geniuses of the younger generation away from the Tatsuya clan toward the border between the Holy Dragon Empire and the Toyotomi shogunate. Both nations had been at war with each other countless times since there founding several thousand years ago. Neither country was able to break the stalemate they had been locked in so there were usually long periods of war that gave way to short lived days of relative peace. This was only due in part to the fact that there were several other Empires and shogunates that held an ever changing balance of power on this mortal plane. This balance was not controlled by the various Emperors or shoguns but the powerful clans of cultivators that backed them. The Tatsuya and Nobunaga clans are examples of such but there are always smaller clans growing and competing for power. This led to several clans of various strength controlling vast swathes of land within these Empires and shogunates. While clans fighting over resources was a constant occurrence so was the death of countless mortals who were caught in the crossfire. This led to the establishment of the Moriyama pact which protected mortals from the small wars these clans had and also allowed unimpeded travel across the mortal plane. Thus allowing Yoshitsune to sneak Ryu out of the empire with no resistance or so he thought. As they approached the last remaining obstacle into the Toyotomi shogunate several sovereign and king realm auras appeared to there rear approaching at a pace that could mean only one thing, the Nobunaga clan had followed them! The joyful look that some Tatsuya clan members had instantly turned solemn as they increased their speed. With little time before those Nobunaga scum would catch up Yoshitsune Tatsuya made a choice that he knew would be his last but he must protect his clans future. Unexpectedly he received a mental transmission as the fifth and sixth forefathers appear thru a rip in the void charging towards these pursuers releasing there middle and higher emperor realm cultivations. After Yoshitsune recomposed himself he urged the elders to take the youths and run. As long as they could cross the border they would enter the Miyamoto Daimyo whose current patriarch Musashi Miyamoto was married to the daughter of Itachi Tatsuya the paternal grandfather of Ryu. With this in mind he knew if they could reach the other side they would not need to worry about the Nobunaga elders pursuing them. Inching ever closer to the border they could see tomoe banners at the border fort. After crossing the border they were met by several hundred ashigaru commanded by several samurai mounted on huge war horse. Upon further inspection Yoshitsune saw a samurai with black armor and an oni mask approaching slowly releasing the aura of a half step Monarch realm cultivator. This aura was filled with murderous intent that could only be awakened by taking the life of thousands of creatures. It was almost beastly but it vanished without a trace as soon as the man saw the Tatsuya clan crest on their robes. Yoshitsune informed the commander of there issues and requested passage thru their lines. Several breaths later a path was cleared and they continued towards the castle of the Daimyo where they were received by Daimyo Musashi Miyamoto.
