Hello, Wife

The Council's home hadn't changed much at all. As Briar's multi-colored eyes slowly scanned over the front of the building standing in front of them. It looked almost identical to the last time she ended up stepping foot onto this property.

The building was large with a gothic-style architecture, which was believed to be a church at one point by the neighboring residence. At least when she was still tyrading around during the first raid. When she discussed with the very first council members, they said it was built by those that thought they actually were building a church. Tricked by men with the big bills. In the end, most of the builders were murdered to keep their silence. They didn't need anyone trying to claim the building in the name of God. Obviously, though, since the word had made it back to her, they were not successful in that endeavor.
