10 The Immortality fight

Akira moved his arm a little as he quickly made his way through the night to the center of the outer layer of the abandoned mansion, His wounds were rapidly healing at a visible rate.

Deep within The forest glistening eyes appeared from time to time, but they didn't move as they flashed with fear when a tall silhouette was dashing through the trees that made way, and a purple glow gleamed in her eyes.

Akira who was using overdrive one time after another was feeling quite a lot of pain, but being in multiple situations he knows how to numb himself when needed, he reached a barren area where Dry yet tough roots dipped into and out of the ground and twisted branches reached down, like fingers grasping the air.

The trees looked ancient, timeless as they disappeared into the night sky, rough with age, yet they had many holes with Dirty Golden eyes looking outside.

A Goblins is a monstrous creature With a Sickly Green Skin, that appears in stories from the Middle Ages. They are small and grotesque, with malicious looking faces they can use tools as clubs, daggers, swords to some extent but they are clumsy so they can only attack when in groups.

Similar creatures inside the forest left the destructive path of the two monsters dashing at an imaginary speed, these Goblins were unlucky and Akira went through their nest, they were dazed for a second, before Screeching at the uninvited guest.

Akira quickly left the branch he was stepping on and dashed forward to grab onto two of the Goblins trying to swing their clubs at him and rammed into them into a nearby tree before hearing 2 dings from the Panel, throwing a side glance at it he saw that the Death Counter became 5.

*Bammm!!*

The two Huge trees behind him turned into wooden splinters flying in all directions, some unlucky goblins had their chests caved in as they were stuck onto the wall, unmoving.

Two headless bodies fell limply onto the ground.

As he let go of the bodies, He continued dashing until he got into a valley environment.

In A valley with a yellowish short grass he stopped and turned around.

Akira stood motionless as he measured the Woman before him.

The figure had Dark hair and amethyst eyes. Her glazed eyes were like a pure crystal, crystalline and permeable.

The figure belonged to a tall yet graceful. She had a blood red lips over his mouth, she wore a white Dress with gold trims.

The Dress did not look Complex at all, rather it gave out an normal aura to it.

"If we did not run into each other here, I'd actually love to know more about you" Akira mumbled lightly to himself.

The Lady looked at him with surprise and said "you are the first pray to ever talk like that to me" she then smiled and long claws appeared.

A surge of violent energy rippled at the tip of each of her blades. With a menacing face, it took her less than a second to close the distance and land a hit onto the chest of Akira.

*Bam!*

Spurts of blood blasted out.

Bloody red lines appeared all over Akira's body, as he seemed to have been sliced and diced into proportional cubes in a blink of an eye.

But to the Lady's surprise he still stood up with open slashes that were being closer at a visible rate, "huh, so you also have immortality". when she said that she put on a thinking pose, Akira seeing her thinking, He summoned his Magic Slaying Dagger and slashed at her neck, only to be met with a metal clash.

she had her hand up in front of her neck.

Akira dashed using overdrive and started thinking about how to win against her.

'Looks like this will be tough with this body' he clicked his tongue and looked at the panel for some ideas, and he saw that there was another message, [5-Kills: Demon Blood-Low tier(Overall increase in power for a period of time). Assimilate?].

When he saw that he was surprised and thought 'Yes'.

when he thought that he saw a progress bar appear and Glanced at the Woman in front of him that had been looking at him while he was thinking.

"what are you doing?" she asked in curiosity as if she wasn't the one who attacked him.

Akira was about to answer when he Heard a Lot explosion in his ear

In an instant, Akira was stunned by the sudden roar.

Unable to support his limp body, he dropped to his knees, hands touching the green ground.

Vaguely, he seemed to feel a myriad of noises echoing in his ear. The voices, like hallucinations, interwove and mingled until they become whispers.

The soft, seductive whisper kept whispering in His ears as if telling him some evil knowledge.

Akira was lost in that state for a while

The Lady looked at him with a speechless look and said "well, looks like your out", she then waved her hand and Akira's Body Unconscious with his eyes open flew up and followed her.

He wiped it away and looked at it in the moonlight.

He got up slowly and quickly examined his face.

There were blood clots in his ears, nostrils, mouth, and eyes.

Akira quickly peeled off the blood clots and rubbed off the residual blood.

He recalled the process, and it was so nightmarish that he could not recall what had been whispered in his ear.

All he knew was that he was cold. And there seemed to be some subtle change going on in his body.

There seemed to be a chill in the space between his chest and stomach. It was like an ice cube, releasing a constant stream of chillness into the depths of the internal organs.

Strangely, the chill did not pierce to the bone. It was not too hard to endure in face it was embracing the healing factor of the immortality serum.

In a moment, the chill was gone. It felt like it all went into the space between his chest and stomach, and at that place appeared a face like Akira's but with 2 horns and a devilish smile.

"Looks like you're up" The strong womanly voice appeared again.

Glancing at his surroundings he noticed that he laid on a bed with white sheets, and The Tall woman was looking at him with a smile.
