Clare landed on the ground. However, she could not see around her, and all the power that she had accumulated to reach the transporter was kept in her unstable body about to explode when from one a person vehicle Jamal appeared hugging her tightly.

The power that Clare expelled stunned him. It had numb his bones and caused him great pain, despite that he still managed to withstand the impact. 

Jamal placed her inhibiting collar preventing the young woman from exploding in the middle of the civilians.

Malcom came down from the place where he had fallen and looked at Jamal, and he was holding Clare, who was crying wildly and trying to calm her. 

He looked at Malcom and asked, "Are you okay?"

Malcom nodded stiffly. His body ached from the attacks, but what bothered him the most was guilt. 

He looked at Jamal, who was trying to calm Clare, and raising his face, he could not see the car where Bones had left.
