Chapter 227: Ignorant of Favors

In the few days since the family split, there have been many chores to attend to, and Su Yunjin and her husband, Gu Ya, have been settling for whatever food was available. Now that the kitchen stove is set up and the kitchen cleaned up, it's all coming together.

After being busy for so many days, Su Yunjin decided to put together a proper feast that evening to treat herself and Gu Ya to a lovely meal. She checked the house to see what edible vegetables they had left, and all she found were the eggs her second sister had brought over. They had eaten some already, and now there were about five or six left in the house.

But just eating eggs is no fun!

The wild vegetables she gathered last time in the village were good, and if she could add those to the eggs, it would be perfect! So, Su Yunjin planned to go outside to dig up some wild vegetables to eat.
