1 The beginning of a horrible start

I am Izuku Midoriya I have a dream of becoming a hero one day! I might have a few problems in my way but that can't stop me! I will at least try my best. If I can I want to be just like All might! I sat at my desk as the teacher began talking about the high schools we were applying to when I heard Kacchan's name I figured I would be called soon also. I was trying to go to the hero course just like All might! But before the teacher could call my name there was a knock on the sliding door. "Come in!" The teacher called. I looked up to see a woman who looked very kind. She looked around the classroom and when her eyes landed on me they filled with grief and sorrow for some reason. I had always been good with telling people's emotions most of the time. It had became my job when my dad left. I looked up more as she signaled for me to come to her. I was a little worried. I looked at the teacher and he nodded. I smiled at her and left the room with her. I was glad I could finally breathe because of all the Alpha stench that filled the classroom. I returned from my thoughts and looked at her softly under my lashes. "Izuku Midoriya?" I nodded as she stiffened a bit kneeled down a little and hugged me I didn't know why til she pulled back and told me something I would never forget. "I'm so very sorry for your loss. But your mother was found murdered in a ally way near your house." I felt my eyes widen and a few tears fell.

"Y-your joking right?" I looked to her but when she shook her head I couldn't help the sob that escaped my mouth. It was loud so I was sure that everyone inside the classroom heard.

"Pack your things darling were taking you home." I looked at her and she grabbed my hand we walked back into the classroom and she let go of my hand. I slowly walked back to my seat head hung low and silently weeping. I grabbed my backpack and looked at the notebook in it I shoved it in farther and zipped the bag up. I looked back up as I saw the woman stop talking to the teacher he looked at me with a little worry and grief but I smiled at him and walked back to the woman my smile shattered like glass the moment I stepped out of the room.

"Look dear I know it's hard but we're going to set you all up for success. I'm going to contact the agency and they are going to give you money to start going, some groceries, some food and all the other necessities." I smiled at her as she held my hand again. "I'm Shinsetsuna Sewanin," She told me kindly. I smiled a little wider but still didn't feel the smile. When we reached my door we went inside together and she started making tea and food for me as I threw my backpack to the side, threw off my red shoes also and sat on the couch hugging my knees to my chest.

When she handed me the cup of tea and a sandwich that wouldn't effect my stomach as I felt nauseous I whispered my thanks and almost stared a hole into the ground. She rubbed my back and whispered things that soothes me down a bit.

That she was probably in a beautiful place was the one that calmed me down the most. I set my half empty tea cup on the coffee table and nibbled on my sandwich a bit. I set my sandwich next to my tea and stood up slowly I just stood there holding the couch arm for one or two minutes before walking to my moms room I opened a drawer and saw the envelope that she had written a week ago. She was always prepared wether the situation was good or bad. I came back out to the sitting room as Shinse looked at me curiously. I held the envelope out to her and she took it. She gasped a little before her eyes started brimming with tears. I whispered "She wrote it just a week ago, she was always prepared. I guess she didn't want me to be left to fight for myself completely." I looked at the letter that was legally and officially her will. She had left me a large sum of money that would cover me for a few months. I smiled gently as I thought about that.

I then remembered why my mom had even been out this morning she had been buying groceries so we could have dinner with Auntie Mitsuki. I looked at Shinse and smiled slightly. "My mom was actually out because she was getting groceries to have dinner with her best friend and Aunties son. I looked at her sweetly before saying something someone would never believe left my mouth, "I think they should still come and if you wouldn't mind I'd like you to tell them. It still hurts a little to much for me to accept it." This amazing little bundle of positive emotions had just turned to depressed emotions in one flip of a switch. I saw her smile, nod and I whispered my thanks I sat next to the door waiting til I heard a knock I heard yelling outside before I opened the door and knew Kacchan was there. I let them both inside and they were surprised to not see my mother but Shinse sitting on the couch instead. I smiled but I broke a little when Kacchan looked at me I cleared my throat and wiped my face when a stray tear slid and I lead them over to Shin.

Auntie was nervous as she didn't see my mom around anywhere. I sighed and let my smile shatter. Kacchan looked a bit surprised I could stop smiling and I looked him straight in the eye. I looked to Shin and she explained the pain that had me on a million spikes. Kacchan looked at me before growling and standing up to hug me. I was shocked and never had felt so afraid before when he let go and I saw the genuine concern in his eyes I smiled and patted his fluffy head he "Tch" Ed a couple times then looked away blushing slightly. To lighten the mood I giggled a little looked at Auntie and gave her a large warm hug. I started feeling a little cold so I walked to my room and grabbed a sweatshirt.

After I came back we lightened the mood a lot by joking around and eating things that made me exaggerate my expression. Kacchan laughed at me a bit but it was fun.

-A few weeks later-

When I woke up I couldn't help thinking that today was going to be horrible. I showered and when I looked in the mirror I realized my hair was getting quite long. But I kinda liked it in the style. I changed into uniform and grabbed my bag. After mom died I had to busy myself with something so I had started lifting weights and working out. So my body had matured quite a bit. My jaw line had gotten a lot stronger and less soft. My body has built some muscle. Then finally I had started feeling weird. Like my body could feel emotions on overdrive then when I glared open my eyes and there was a slightly red light they would all stop. I had also noticed another change. My dream of being a hero had shattered. I didn't feel like I wanted to do it anymore I just didn't have a drive. If all might was this amazing hero then he would've stopped my moms murder right? Well he didn't. Symbol of peace my ass. He's just a idol that only saves people when he wants to. I looked back in the mirror and noticed something about one of my eyes. It was a blood red color instead of green. I walked closer to the mirror and examined my eye. It was now glowing red. I picked up a brush and combed my bangs in front of my eye. I picked my bag up then looked at the notebook inside it. My gaze shifted to the wall full of them and I smirked. If I was a villain I'd make a pretty good one. With all these notes on the pro hero's. My gaze shifted to the All Might themed things in my room. Then my gaze shifted to my clock and I realized I was going to be late. "Shit!" I muttered under my breath. I ran out the door and when I bumped into someone and they caught me I did a quick bow and ran sprinting to my school.

~ The strangers POV ~

When the cute green headed middle school boy ran into me I couldn't help thinking he was the perfect mix of hot and cute. I watched his back running away. I then continued on my way. When I reached the LOV base I walked in and Toga immediately ran to me and gave me a hug. I looked to see Shigaraki being a crack head. Then Kurogiri looked at me nodded and went back to his work. "Hey toga," I began, "is Love at first sight possible?" She looked at me when I finished my question with a knowing grin. She then picked a green hair off of my shirt and waved it in front of me. When I began running I had caught a glimpse of the stranger. He had some horrid scars but was still handsome somehow. When I got in the classroom and sat down the bell rang and my teacher looked at me with a smirk. "Just on time," he chuckled. My face blazed a little red.
