The hip hop legend - ACE

Starting in 2003, you will follow the path to success of a 16-year-old young man, son of a single mother and resident of the Bronx in NY, with memories of his old life. This story is a harem, but I will try my best to develop something with each of them and not simply turn them into dolls empty of their own emotions. We have very few hip hop stories on this site, I don't even think any, I've already read a Chinese one (however it had all those problems that Chinese novels usually have) and that motivated me to write this. Hope you like it.

Counterattack

The other day, a Saturday morning, José picked Arthur up at home to take him to another radio interview, this time they were going to Brooklyn for an interview. The truth is that these radio interviews work more like podcasts, covering different topics that are completely different from each other and today would be no different.

The interview began and as expected, it followed different topics, they talked about their past, their life dividing their time between school and music, their first rhyme battle and finally they got to the topic of their musical career and Jay Z's recent speeches directed at him.

"Hey Ace, we wanted to know if you have anything to say to Jay Z today? Yesterday he said something about you apologizing to him and everything, would you like to pop the question here?"

"Hey bro, I was just waiting for you to bring up the subject so I could respond to that coward, he doesn't act honestly man, he says he experienced a bunch of things on the streets, but he doesn't even follow her code. Everyone should know that I still don't I don't have a record deal with any record companies, so I'm currently negotiating with them."

"Hey, hey man, what does this have to do with Jay Z? Don't run away from the subject Ace."

"Damn man, just listen to this shit and shut up, okay? Will you let me finish talking?"

The presenter definitely didn't expect Ace's aggressive behavior and it left him temporarily in shock, clearly the man was on Jay Z's side in this fight, it was to be expected, Arthur was in Jay Z's corner, he was one of the pride of Brooklyn , naturally the people here would defend him.

" So, as I was saying before I was interrupted. I'm negotiating with some record companies and that idiot somehow got the record company to put a term in the contract that I should apologize to him, which is why that asshole had the nerve to after a long time responding to me in the media. So today I'm going to send him a message. Hey you asshole, act like a man and solve your shit like a man, I will never apologize or lower my head to you, I want you to fuck Jay Z, you, your friends, your label and anyone who likes you. You're a piece of shit and just another rapper."

Everything Arthur said was broadcast throughout New York, he said everything so quickly and with so much anger that the interviewer couldn't even interrupt him and when he was about to speak before he was interrupted by Ace and it was like that again now.

"Fuck it, the interview is over too, you guys here are all a bunch of Jay Z kiss-ass."

At that moment the public was already excited about Arthur's recent statements, obviously most of them tended to defend Jay Z who was much more famous at that time. It is worth mentioning that the audience for this radio station was entirely hip hop fans, who loved these fights between rappers and were already eagerly awaiting the next chapters of this fight.

"Hey where do you think you're going? Who do you think you are man? Don't let him fucking leave here, there's only two of them!"

Seeing Arthur saying all this and going with José towards the exit door, naturally the presenter didn't stay quiet and someone who was in the recording room got in his way to stop him from leaving.

No one else had in mind that this entire situation was still being broadcast to thousands of people's radios.

However, José was following the interview and was already in a bad mood because of the problems that this interview could cause. He directly drew the gun he carried on the back of his waist, which was hidden by his jacket. He took it out and pointed it directly at the guy who was closest to Ace, who, seeing how everyone instantly froze with the presence of the gun in the room, took the opportunity to punch the guy who was closest to him directly in the face, knocking him down.

"Better not mess with us."

The pair then left the room and got into José's car in complete silence, heading towards the Bronx, finally returning home.

—----------------------------

Ever since she heard the first interview Sarah has been a loyal fan of Ace and today she had heard that she would have another radio interview with him.

Initially, everything went normally, following songs that she had already heard a few times.

Suddenly the interview turned to a new topic, which instantly attracted her attention to the radio station.

With each new chapter that unfolded in this new phase of the interview, she found herself increasingly surprised by this new version of Ace that had never appeared in any other interview.

When she listened to his old interviews, she even forgot that he was a rapper. He was a complete departure from the stereotype, he was completely calm, he didn't talk about any unnecessary boast or talk about some fanciful past as a criminal.

But for the first time she was reminded that here was a rapper who was a young man from the Bronx, one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in the USA.

All of this made her reevaluate Ace's character in her mind. He definitely liked to keep to himself, but he definitely shouldn't be provoked.

The way the interview ended was the most intriguing thing for her, she couldn't understand what was happening there in the room. As soon as Ace left the broadcast was cut to some music. Leaving the public with an unknown as to what the hell had happened there.

All of this only made her even more loyal as an Ace fan, today she decided to buy at least 3 more copies of his single, to give to some friends, they needed to listen to his music so she could have someone to talk about her most new favorite artist, not that they didn't already have to put up with her talking about him.
