29 Chapter 29: God Mode

As the gate opened, Tanaka and his group immediately rained the monsters and soldiers with different destructive ninjutsu.
Tanaka didn't laze around and also joined the battle along with Madara and Hashirama, the two were actually confused by why do they have to attack when the gate opened.
Tanaka didn't really explained but they trust him, even though they moved very fast some monsters was still able to enter the gate.
But Tanaka didn't really mind, Japan have firearms and this noobs don't have anything to defend with it.
Tanaka raised the weapon on his hand and swung it in an unbelievable speed that the others didnt even see it.
The next moment they knew, a crack appeared on the space in front of Tanaka.
*Boom!
In just a milisecond, somewhere exploded from the monsters army and killed hundreds of them, a huge slash mark appeared on the land where the empire army stood.
Just as the empire army was shocked by what happened, a tsunami of flames engulfed the ones in front then a dragon made of wood also danced around the battlefield.
There are hundreds of thousand of empire army but Tanaka only brought about 500 of his elites, added with 300 people from Konoha.
If Tanaka and the two leaders didn't move then, their people would be exhausted, and it seemed Madara was having fun from this battle.
On the other side of the gate, the monsters who escaped wasn't in a formation like in anime, they didn't look imposing anymore, but they still charged towards the nearby people smashing or slashing them.
Itami who rushed towards the gate immediately saved as many people as he could, he picked up the gun of the injured police and shoot the monsters rushing towards them.
He tries his best providing assistance, there were not many monsters and he was able to save as many citizens as he could.
Back on the battlefield, Tanaka found there was just too many enemies, and there are also some archers on the back lines which restricted the movement of the others.
Tanaka was really not affected by it since he have regeneration, but the others don't, it won't take long before they are exhausted.
Tanaka threw the naginata he was holding away, then he punched the space in front of him.
*Boom!
Tanaka's hand went through the space, he then pulled out something from it, he pulled it with all of he can that the whole land shook just from the pull.
*Swoosh!
Tanaka pulled out a 80 cm Katana from the void, Tanaka then took a deep breath.
[Breath of the God, God Mode]
*Bzzz!
Tanaka's body was suddenly covered with red lightning with flames coming out of it, this was a technique Tanaka created from fusing Eight Gates, Breath of Thunder and Haki.
Tanaka held the Katana on his hand tightly and focused his sight on the back lines of the empire army, he then took a step forward.
*Boom!
The moment Tanaka feet landed on the ground, he bursted like a cannon ball being fired at the speed of Thunder.
The ground where he used to stand up was left with a deep crater that it even made the land tremble.
Tanaka was like the thunder as he rushed towards the empire army, those who was on his path were either slashed and burned from the lightning and fire.
*Boom!
Tanaka arrived at the back lines and he haven't swung his sword yet, Tanaka pulled his hand as strong as he could and swung the Katana on his hand.
"iaijutsu! Death God's Harvest"
*Swing!
*Boom!
White light flashed as Tanaka swung the Katana on his hand, it enveloped all of the army around him, it happened so fast that the empire army wasn't able to react.
The next thing they knew, they felt they were flying and they could see their lower body separated from them.
Tanaka had no mercy to his enemies, especially if he deemed them evil, these soldiers have committed evil just by serving the corrupted empire, it made Tanaka remember the empire from Akame Ga Kill.
A rain made of blood poured on the battle field, Tanaka's eyes were dull as he turned towards the remaining soldiers.
"This is not the first time I killed people but killing many people really is not fun" Tanaka whispered.
He turned towards Madara and Hashirama, they nodded and took care of the remaining soldiers.
After cleaning up the remaining soldiers, Tanaka made the others go back and rest, while the three leaders stayed.
The reason for that is Tanaka noticed presence rushing towards them from afar.
There were 1 on the east and 2 on the south.
The first one to come was from the east and it a familiar figure that Tanaka had seen on the anime.
It was Rory Mercury, the apostle of Emroy, the God of Darkness, it seemed like she felt the battle.
And he was right, Rory Mercury get aroused whenever many people die, the souls passes through her body and go to Emroy.
She was moving at a fast speed and immediately reach Tanaka and his group, she raised the scythe on her hand and swung it towards Tanaka.
*Ting!
But to Rory's surprise, Tanaka easily caught it with his two fingers, he then threw Rory away, she is really not an enemy.
He was much more interested to the ones on the south, after all, from the distance he could see a huge figure, it was a dragon, then on top of the dragons head was a figure.
If Tanaka remembered correctly, this one is Giselle, a draconian apostle like Rory, she also tames dragons.
Meanwhile, Rory didn't move anymore after Tanaka threw her away, because she knew, the man was powerful, as for his friends, she didn't bother anymore as she was more interested to the upcoming fight of Giselle and the man.
Tanaka smiled, "since she brought a dragon, it won't be bad if I brought mine too right?" Tanaka laughed.
"Come, Night Fury" Tanaka called out softly.
*Swoosh!
A black hole appeared beside Tanaka and slowly it expanded until a figure dashed out from the black hole at a very fast speed.
It flew around the skies but the others could only see a shadow, the next moment it landed beside Tanaka.
*Grr!
It growled as it finally showed it's full appearance.
Unlike the night Fury from HTTD, Tanaka's night Fury was bigger and powerful, it was 8 meters tall, it's wing span was very long and it's head well, still look the same but looked imposing.
"Go" Tanaka patted night Fury on the back.
*Roar!
Night Fury roared and then flapped it's wings and charged towards the incoming dragon.
*Vroom!
The sound of engine roaring resounded and in the next moment, a black fireball came out from t
Night fury's mouth, and hit the other dragon.
*Boom!
The dragon lost its balance and fell to the ground, and it didn't get up anymore, Tanaka saw Giselle, the Demi God raised a stick with a white flag and waved it.
"Oh, she came in friendly terms..." Tanaka was speechless, welp, he called Night Fury back and met up with Giselle.
