"My wife has a loose crew," 

The words played in a loop in Zoe's mind. Was that bastard trying to turn her into a crazy person? Zoe was so furious that her hands formed into fists by her sides, but she was able to curtail her anger upon remembering his threat. 

However, even if she pretended to be crazy, it would take a lot to convince the people after she called for help. Zoe could already see this plan failing. She snorted inwardly, that's what he gets for calling her crazy. 

If only she knew he had other plans. 

"My poor wife…." Gabriel cried out, his expression becoming so pitiful that if Zoe didn't know that this was all an act, she would have been deceived too. 

When he turned to her, it made her nervous and her heart began to pound in her heart as she wondered what he was up to now. Surely, he didn't expect her to act crazy. That was her limit.
