Zach and Jaz

" can you two take your lovie dovie somewhere else and come back to earth" Evei shouted at the two blanked brains and then went back to the kitchen to finish up her cooking.

At the door***

"Jaz when did you come back ? you never informed us of your arrival I would've come and picked you up from the airport" Zach talked not realizing that he was almost confessing to Jaz about his feelings but then after realizing what he was saying he abruptly said awkwardly "let's go inside first I can't stand at the door for long, and I have to see my niece ".

After a long time of cooking in the kitchen Evei came out tired and served the food on the dinner .

" Whomever feels like eating you better come and eat before it cools down coz am over tired today I have gone to take a shower and feed my baby, and another thing don't wake me up guys am gonna sleep anytime soon" Evei walked while she strolled up the stairs leaving them behind without a chance to reply but Jasmine was able to send an echo of reply to her ears.

"You were too stubborn to be helped so don't talk about being tired I hope you didn't do the same in the hospital,!?! "

"Yes she had gone home without telling me and I got into trouble with the nurses thinking that you were kidnapped or something, just stop being mischievous Evei you'll land us into trouble " after they reminded Evei of her stubbornness and mischievousness they all had smiles plastered on there faces.

Then subconsciously they had turned there heads and we're now looking at each other and time seemed to stop for a moment while there eyes locked into each otherz but then Jaz broke her gaze away and said awkwardly " I think we should eat first before the food gets cold ... "

Before Jaz could finish her sentence she felt a hand on her left arm which made her freeze and her heart skipped a beat. "Why is Zach touching my hand,..

.why is my heart racing like a maniac?" she thought.

"Uhmm .. Jaz I have something to tell you.. which I have long wanted to tell you... I have...a..a... crush on you.. I like you Jaz.. alot really... will you be my girlfriend!?! " Zach almost choked on his words while stuttering after finally finishing his speech he looked down.

"I think I love you Zach. And yes I will be your ... girlfriend if you don't mind having a lawyer as a girlfriend" Jaz replied with confidence .

They continued talking and realized that they had fallen for each other a long time ago but when Jaz left for her studies Zach couldn't tell her what she felt and it made him have sleepless nights.

When they finished talking and eating, Jaz left for the kitchen to clean up the dishes while Zach went and sat on the sofa to watch TV but he couldn't concentrate because all he was thinking was Jaz , " * sighs* " .

After cleaning the dishes she went and joined Zach in the sitting room.

She sat next to him and laid her head in his lap. After a moment of silence Zach broke the silence and brought up some talk while stroking Jaz's hair.

While they were doing all that, someone was watching them on a CCTV camera enjoying all the drama.

Upstairs where Evei was resting, you could hear chuckles in her room. She was seated in front of a monitor watching the two love birds confessing there feelings, and how everyone was reacting made her laugh .

" This is the funniest movie ever watched. I think I should make a movie out of Zach and Jaz it would be epic .. hahahaha... but I can't expose them I'll just act like a normal person who has not seen anything that will be for the best .. but I have an idea I think I should turn off the lights and give them space; " .

She went into the last end of the corridor and unknowingly turned off the main switch with she wasn't aware of because Emma had woken up with sniffles which made her hurry up to go and carry her since she had long switched off the lights in her room her torch light was on which made it easy to see little Emma wiggling in her cradle.

The more Evei looked at the bundle of joy in her arms the more she wanted to protect it and love it more .

"Hush baby hush ... mom will sing for you a lullaby to sleep .. or are you hungry!!! ok mom will feed you . My Emma is obedient what will I do without you dear. "

By the time she finished feeding the baby the baby had fallen asleep and she was feeling sleepy too. So went to bed and soon drifted to sleep.

Downstairs when the blackout occured Jaz grasped Zach tighter being alittle scared of the darkness.

Zach tried to calm her down and by the time she calmed down she was straddling him and looking into his eyes full of love and before they knew it they were kissing intensely.*****
