Welcome back home

As soon as she alighted the car she spotted him, his elder brother. "Hey sis look over there " he pointed to their parents who were smiling foolishly like a child who has got an ice cream.

She immediately went to her parents" mom, Dad I missed you all" she gave them a big hug. After a minute of embracing the parents they all turned to look at the elder brother Zach sulking and they all burst into laughter.

You look hilarious Zach "and why wouldn't I if I haven't received any hug from my little Evelyn, come on sis hug your elder bro , don't tell me you want me to make the first move" Evelyn responded with a stifled laugh while moving to Zach, come on bro don't be stiff .

"Wait baby Evei you look gorgeous from the last time I saw you, " Zach looked at her sister who had grown more feminine within five years of being in DC working her butt of to make a change in there lives .

Evei just blushed and proceeded on hugging his one and only brother.

Evei is a talented beautiful young woman who left there home to go and work in the city to improve there lives. they had lived in mockery of being the poorest in the neighborhood since childhood and she was determined to change there life after graduation.

And now she came back after all the hard work which had paid off.

Getting a job in big companies isn't easy but because she was beautiful the manager was swayed by her beauty and also talent which he discovered after.

Mom , Dad can we talk at home am tired from the long journey. " ok sweetie find us home then" replied her Mom.

Zach can you help your baby sis with this , I pointed at my bags . " anything for the little princess" Zach replied

Plz can you save me the embarrassment Zach am not a baby anymore, ok let's get moving coz am tired of standing here

I saw a familiar figure but I couldn't remember who it was so I continued moving, Zach how's Dad's business going ? "It has improved by leaps thanks to your help we're nolonger the poor stinky neighbors, and we even managed to leave that stinky neighborhood" Zach twitched his mouth while replying to Evei. "Wow am looking forward to seeing our new home"

As we strolled down the street I recognized that it's another street different from the one I used to know .

this one was leading to the richest area in my home town

Zach ach then told me that he has a surprise for me and I have to be blindfolded so I did as he wanted but I was curious why the surprise could be. And it didn't take long before I had shouts and voices calling my names .

Zach then removed the blindfold on me and what I saw next made me rub my eyes twice thinking that I was hallucinating

Infront of me was a huge mansion and a billboard which had a writing "WELCOME BACK HOME EVELYN"

and a crowd of my old classmates and friends who were cheering and shouting my name. "This is your welcome back party little sis " Zach said. Ohh I love it Zach thanks
