Domino Theory Part 2

Sigma Flames Headquarters:

"Hey, Gallion?"

Ava, checking over the vitals of Milo capsule, sketch down the last piece of information needed, breaking the quietness between the two.

"Yeah? What is it this time?" Gallion, stressed out enough by the countless paperwork he schemed through, respond in an overwhelmed out take, giving her no eye contact at all.

"Zel." She simply mentions.

"What about him?" Gallion flips to the next page, taking her question lightly, giving it as little as concern as possible.

"Are we not planning to rescue him too?"

Ava asks such a question, realizing that in the plan they discussed earlier had no mention of Zel, let along Zenith.

"And Zenith. We still have to capture him, including Abrie." She adds.

Closing his notebook, slapping it on the table, Gallion shifts his eyes to the ceiling, finger under chin. "That is right..."

"Wait!" Ava swiftly turns and face Gallion. "Don't tell me you forgot?"

Gallion then let out a chuckle. "More like it never crossed my mind." He leans back in his chair freely as well, spinning it in a circle. "You see," Quickly standing up from the chair, Gallion slams his hands next to the notebook, once finding a focused answered. "A wise man once said; What goes up must come down."

"You truly are a fool." Ava grins at his wording, confound by something you are taught in elementary school, oblivious to why he would mention something of such during their conversation.

"I might be." He points out. "But it's as simple as saying a wrong step can change the very fabric of time. Milo began as that rift." He started to explain. "Then next, his children." Gallion then focus his attention on project E, facing away from Ava. "Zel is the face of Sigma Flames. Our true leader. If that person is capture, you best believe the entire team knows..." He shifts his attention back to her one last time, spreading out his hands to his shoulder length. "Like I said before, project E will be done the moment Zel returns home-

Appearing in front of them, from dust particles to a literal person, Myune, holding his sister in his arms, clothing remaining tattered from the fight earlier that day, opposed Ava and Gallion. He places a hand on Milo's capsule, holding his sister in a constant drift of air, eyes drown in a despairing gaze, lingering from his earlier commotion with Zenith.

"Ava... Gallion... Father..." Myune steps forward, Ava cowering back and Gallion not budging from his stance. "All three of you in one place... Just as I predicted..." The last thing Myune spots is Project E, behind the two.

Meanwhile, Nova Headquarters, Training Hall (Zenith's point of View):

"I understand that you're probably exhausted from all these recent events," From the interrogation room to another door, the Commander scans her fingerprint on another door lock, opening the door to where the ones I was introduced to when I first came to this place.

"However," She faces me, eyeing me down, head to toe. "If you are to participate in any missions giving to you, take it from me kid, you should add a little muscle to that fragile body of yours."

Fragile? It's true I haven't been able to follow my daily workout routine in months, but I wouldn't consider my state right now as fragile. It's sad to say though, I might not even have an option at this point. - I ball my hand into a fist, staring it down. - I did promise myself to get stronger. That way next time I face Zel, Myune or any other foe, I'll be prepared.

Zel.... I barley even recovered from seeing him in such a state. A soulless pawn, all to do my father's bidden.... What lengths he wouldn't take just to obtain me? -

A hand slaps my back, The Commander's hand to be exact. "Get on with it. Like I been saying, I have more important things to do then to watch kids all-

Breaking her leave, the line around Commander Trusadale's neck gear, blinks blue twice, a hologram of a new face immediately being cast to her.

*"A Catastrophic Event Has Occurred. Please Proceed with Your Lineup and Eliminate the Target." *

The face that was shown to her, reveals numerous of folders on the subject, information flooding the screen, having the prosecutor's name beside them. - Malaby? I never heard of a villain who goes by Malaby...

"Great..." Noting down the person's name and location under seconds, the Commander swipes away the hologram, giving it an eye roll. "It seems it didn't take them long to retaliate..."

She then speeds walks right pass me to the room she told me to train in, catching me completely off guard, giving little details to what was mentioned to her on the hologram.

And then it's that comment of hers. It didn't take them long to retaliate... Retaliate... As in act. Them...- If I had to guess, the girl on the cluster of information was related to the Sigma Flames...

"Nathan, Mason, Nako, Amy and Ezada." When I entered the training room, she already selects the people she wanted to go.

Malaby... If she is a part of the Sigma flames, I couldn't just let this go. Whatever that girl's business there, it had everything to do with me. Not to mention... I still need to know, why. Why do they chase me? -

"I'm coming too." I spoke out, no longer keeping my thoughts to myself. I have to get a answer even if it cost me my life.

"Don't be stupid." She shoots the subject down straight away, not evening facing the one she denied.

It irradiated me, being put in my place for the second time by this woman. "But I dealt with the Sigma Flames the most! I know how they fight! I have to go-

"Dealt with?" Someone else enters the argument, the one the commander shortly introduce to me earlier, which I believe is Ezada. "Don't you have to win a fight in order to say that? We all have your profile here kid, you're the last person to choose to go up against the Sigma Flames."-

"Ezada. You're stepping out of line."- Shoes clicking on the floor, the commander swiftly turns her body, jabbing a knee into my stomach. The hit was so strong that I curled up, vomiting, when falling to the floor. "And for you, when I say no or anything of the matter, it is a direct order. This is your second strike. If you speak out again without my permission, consider your life over."

The Commander's irritated face plunge my fading vision, force to see and hear her words fully as everyone around watch.

This is... Is how it always ends... Me on the floor... I, being in the wrong... I only states what I thought. Is that it? Am I not even allowed to have my own mind here? - I hate it! I hate this fucking feeling! Why am I being constantly shut down-

Slowly rising from the floor, thoughts full of nothing but chaos, I stop in mid motion, feeling the chilling barrel of a gun touch my forehead.

"We already have a lot on our plate right now." The Commander was the one who aims the gun at me, speaking in a dead serious tone. "Don't make me have to kill you now."

"H-Hey now, let's settle down. This is still his first day after all." Levial sparks up between both of us, clapping her hands together, doing her best to play peace maker. "Maybe he just needs a little rest."

But... I- "No! That's not it-

"If I was you, I would shut my mouth for a tiny bit." Levial continues to grin happily, even so, everyone was able to suspect the malice beneath the smile.

I dart my eyes to the left, eyes falling down. Guilt is what I began to feel. A nagging feeling of being useless ate at me as well. How annoying. Am I being the childish one, right now?

"We shouldn't be wasting time like this." The commander removes her gun. "Ethan, open a portal. If I have to stare at this boy's face for a second longer, I swear I'll kill him."

"Not a second wasted, mam." A portal opens on Ethan's word, the commander rushing in ahead of them to get me out of her sight.

"Dam, kid. You really dodge a bullet on that one." The man taller than the rest of us spoke, who I recall is Mason, cracking a laugh from it. "Heh, a bullet. That was kinda ironic. Hey Commander-" He vanishes right after.

Ezada, the guy who shun me goes in behind that strange man, having the girl who held his hand eye me one last time. She's the spitting image of the girl Nako shapeshift too every time she would take severe damage.

"Told ya she could be a bitch at times." Nako taps my shoulder heading in, but not before a parting wave and comment. "Stick to ambition."

Yellowstone Prison; One hour before the attack:

At the front entrance, a child, in a beast like fashion, devours an officer's arm, while a bulky girl, who has bags under her eyes, wearing a thin shirt that cover her breast but not her stomach labeled power, directs her hand up to the setting sun.

"Amazing~!" The girl sings a tone death song, swaying her hand in the ray of the orange sunlight. "Isn't this, everything, the freedom we have, the chaos we create, amazing, Omicron?"

The young boy spits a clog of meat and blood on the floor, smudging the blood on his lips, when trying to wipe it off. "These people taste disgusting, Rho..." He eyes the ground, tugging his chain to get her attention. "They taste like alcohol and cigars. I want to eat someone else... Someone sweeter."

Rho clutches her hand, pretending to catch the falling sun in it, she then twists her head, eyeing Omicron in an odd way. "Ha, ha How cute~!" She jumps off of the police car she stood atop of, coming down to Omicron and caressing him like you would a cat, under his chin. "Hopefully there's more on the inside. Maybe a few clean docs. Just be sure to save your appetite for when heroes arrive-

A large bunch of plants curls both Omicron and Rho's body in a bind, separating them from each other. And entering, freezing the air as she steps forward, a young woman, hair light brown, gave them a menacing gaze, wearing a blue high-tech suite.

"These two is all we got?" She asks her partner, who wore a rather strange, designed face mask that would give any off seer the thought he was the villain. He wears a long green clothe, cuts and holes in it.

"Who knows... I was told that there were two powerful enemies...." He looks up to the sky, voicing as if he gave up hope on the spot. "What if I got it mixed up with the other's info... That really would be a bummer... It'll make me want to die-

A giant hand sprouting from the cluster of plants that bind Omicron, reaching for the depressed boy head, Zero Frost quickly pushes out both her hands freezing it in place, along with the plants it was trapped in. The little boy from earlier was no longer human.

Rho, eyeing the quick action in a grin, chesses. "Ha, I get it now~! You! And You! A boy and a girl! The teen power couple of the century!" -

As she rambled on, the ice, including the vines that held down what they could only assume was Omicron, began to rip and shatter. -

"Hero number two; Zero Frost and Hero number Three; The Green Deviant!"-

Adding to the Omicron assault, large tremors came from nowhere, shaking the ground they stood on.

"Nice to meet ya~! I'm Rho: The Ravaging Child! -The monster takes an arm from the Green Deviant, blood gushing, slapping Rho's face. "And that monster is, my BF, Omicron: The ferocious beast~! I can't wait to see him devour you both!!"
