Chapter 13
“I want to take you somewhere, follow me” Lunaris turns into a wolf and realizes the girl takes time to do the same. But it ends up transforming, the moon paralyzes for a moment. It looked so much like Katherina, but was much bigger.
The two run across the meadow, changing course to the border of the pack's lands with Melker's kingdom.
Lunaris returns to her human form, and Anamali follows her in silence.
“Here, a pack lived here, my pack was that one and your mother's.” She says, and the girl realizes that there were houses destroyed, possibly by fire.
“Here? But… I always thought the chevrons were identical in territory. Mali remembers.
“ No, we lived here, the kingdom of lions was further away and so was Fullmoon. After a big fire, we ended up moving, but many disappeared and the bodies were not found.
