CHAPTER THIRTY – FIVE

Auria opened the magical map and noted the village that they were traveling to. Cirkin seemed to be an open plane with very few foliage. The tree line seemed to be far from the village itself so any assault will be done out in the open. Since there is a magical barrier covering the area, any attacks to be made must be dealt with swiftly and on all sides. But then the enemy might be expecting to divide the forces around the area.

As Auria pondered what to do, Jenny directed the company towards the dirt path, their winged assistants flying overhead to check out the surrounding area.

The sun shone bright on the sky. It was as if nothing was going to happen or nothing was wrong in the world but Auria thought otherwise. The sounds of the birds were muted and there is a chilling sinister air in the atmosphere. It felt like they were walking into a trap.
