The guests clustered together in the lobby. It was lively and boisterous.
The Si family was no ordinary family. The guests who were privileged enough to get an invitation were of course not ordinary either.
All the guests were dressed in their best attire, toasting and enjoying themselves.
Various businessmen took this as a chance to expand their network and get closer to the Si family.
The hall was filled with lively discussions and laughter.
Then the music started, everyone's gazes fell on the two figures walking slowly down the stairs and the crowd instantly fell silent.
Si Ming wore a white suit with a red bow tie and a red handkerchief sticking out of his chest pocket, on his wrist was an expensive vintage watch . His hair was neatly combed, paired with his black leather shoes he had an overwhelming aura.
By his side was Su An who was dressed in an off shoulder tulle gown and was adorned with a diamond necklace, earing and bracelet and had exquisite make up on. Her hair was neatly tied in a bun with a white rose pinned to her head, she wore a white four inches heels completing her elegant look. Her aura was no more inferior to Si Ming's.
Both their outfits complimenting each other nicely and leaving the guests in awe.
They all stood in silence with only the sound of the violin reverberating through the entire hall.
When the had finally reached the foot of the stairs someone couldn't help but exclaim "Wow!! Madam Si looks so beautiful".
" Ai, Master Si doesn't even look like someone who's turning sixty"
"Sixty? He doesn't look a day over forty"
Some ladies started discussing Su An's jewelry
"Madam Su's jewelry is so beautiful"
"It's a complete set from SY's jewelry line. It costs a whole eight digists!!"
"SY? Isn't thst the recently popular brand? Their jewelry is top notch"
Lots of similar discussions filled the hall. All their gazes were on the two figures, some envy, some admiration.
The guests soon started to go up to them.
"Madam Si is looking very beautiful today" A man in an armani tux walked forward.
"Ceo Mu's words are too flattering" Su An smiled as she replied.
This man is Mu Jingshen, the CEO of Mu Corp, one of the most successful bussiness organizations in Country S and a partner to Si Group.
"Bro Ming happy birthday" He raised his glass and smiled.
Si Ming smiled back and nodded "Thank you"
Following that several others went to give him their wishes and chatted with them.
"Si Ming, why hasn't the Gu family arrived yet?" Su An looked around and asked.
"They should arrive soon, be patient" Si Ming comforted her.
Su An wasn't actually waiting for the Gu family in particular, just Gu Shiyuan.
"Oh, where's Yehan and Little Xia? They haven't come out yet?" Su An asked as she noticed they weren't present.
Si Ming frowned and looked towards the stairs.
Just then, someone exclaimed "Wow!" the person instantly garnered everyone's attention and they all looked to where she was facing.
A tall and slender young girl's figure appeared at the door. She was wearing a champagne coloured ankle length strapless dress and a six inches heels of the same colour.
The left leg of the dress was split open and embroided with layers of small diamonds.
As she walked, her slender and fair left leg was faintly discernible. It was sexy but noble and untouchable.
Her soft lustrous long hair had been curled slightly at the ends and draped over her shoulders.
She wore very light make up which made her look elegant and sexy.
As she walked the diamonds on her dressed sparkled as the light bounced off them.
She instantly attracted everyones gazes.
"Wow!! Who is she?" A lady said
"Ai, she's drop dead gorgeous!!" Another chimmed in
"OMG!! That dress is so pretty. What brand is that?"
"Are those real diamonds?"
"She looks really familiar"
"Ahhh!! It's Gu Shiyuan!! " A lady who recognized her cried out loudly.
"Ahhh!! My goddess is so beautiful"
