I returned home to shower. I needed one and clean clothes. After showering, I dressed and put my hair into a clip. I came downstairs to see Matthew leaning against the kitchen counter with his arms crossed.

/"I thought I locked the door./" I tapped my fingertip against my lips.

/"No./" Matthew shrugged.

/"No, I’m sure I did. Did you break into my house?/" I pointed at Matthew, acting casual.

/"Why would I break into your house? That’s your territory./" Matthew smirked.

/"Oh, right, because you enjoy running away./" I smirked.

Matthew stopped smiling and gave me a look as I grinned.

/"Cute./" Matthew rolled his eyes.

/"I thought so./"

Matthew shook his head. He grabbed my hand and led me out of the house. I laughed.
