Although his personal information table shows that he upgraded his power by a few notches it also helps Adrian find out how powerless he is still now and have to improve.

...….

24th April, 1896

Today marked Adrian's return to work after his recent accident. In just over a month, several significant changes had unfolded in his life. Firstly, he attained the long-desired system after 21 years. Secondly, he discovered a younger sister seemingly out of nowhere, whom he now cherished, despite the over 20-year age gap.

Lastly, he found himself a wife – not just anyone but a charming and innocently beautiful woman named Angelina. Despite the whirlwind pace of their marriage, Adrian was eager to build his future with Angelina. Additionally, there were other notable developments, including his family's new business venture, 'Walcombe Shipyard' and the purchase of a small but cozy house as a wedding present to Angelina, his dearest wife.

As he woke up, Adrian noticed Angelina was not in bed, a routine she had maintained over the past few days. Angelina enjoyed waking up early and spending time with plants as a form of mental preparation for the day ahead. Adrian appreciated this habit, knowing she at least wouldn't feel lonely out of boredom when he would be outside during job hours.

After both freshened up, they had breakfast together, prepared by Adrian. Notably, Angelina was a terrible cook, and Adrian had assumed the role of preventing any culinary and health disasters. Despite her attempts, Adrian had taken over this responsibility to ensure both their safety from being the first person to die from eating regular food and enjoyable meals.

...…..

The entire morning proved to be quite annoying for Adrian as his colleagues engaged in teasing, occasionally resorting to distasteful sexual jokes intended to remind him of his newlywed status. Despite the teasing, Adrian handled it graciously, knowing when to bend and when to stand firm, especially when the banter remained harmless and came from individuals who held no sway over him.

In return for enduring the good-natured ribbing, he surprisingly received an early leave from work and a few gifts from senior colleagues and his boss as wedding presents along with their congratulatory messages. To his surprise, the gifts were uncommon & precious potion ingredients, challenging to acquire even with ample financial resources but nearly impossible without the right connections.

Despite the irritation, Adrian found himself in high spirits. Following his early departure, he decided to visit Gringotts, recognizing the need for proper financial documentation to establish his household with the Ministry of Magic. The strength and authority of the Ministry, particularly before the turmoil of the three grand wizarding wars portrayed in books, meant strict control in all aspects of security and secrecy. Thus, the majority of the afternoon was devoted to completing these essential tasks.

During his visit to Gringotts, Adrian marveled at the level of services offered by the bank, despite the associated high fees. The convenience of accessing financial services worldwide, encompassing both the magical and muggle realms, appealed to his modern sensibilities, making the costs worthwhile.

Gringotts offers services categorized into General, primarily for personal witches or wizards, focused solely on facilitating the accumulation of funds for vault services. Subsequently, there are Familial services at Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels, which determine the power, influence, and financial capabilities of a family or individual as a whole. These services, provided by goblins, aid families in maintaining wealth and influence over an extended period.

As long as one does not exhibit financial ignorance akin to the future Weasley family or mental instability like the Black Family without a single heir, properties linked to Gringotts remain protected, impervious even to scrutiny from the Ministry and their wealth will grow as all these vaults have personal financial managers specific for each family to help.

Families registered with the Ministry are required to have at least two persons with a general account in Gringotts or open a minimum Bronze level account for recognition. Adrian inquired further and discovered that two general accounts should each have a minimum of 100 Galleons or one Bronze account with a minimum of 500 Galleons. General accounts incur a 5% monthly handling fee, while Bronze accounts have a 12% fee with an additional 200 Galleon yearly charge. Despite the fees, these accounts offer comprehensive benefits from the muggle side to the magical side.

Adrian, lacking the required amount at present, also inquired about exchanging muggle money without limits. The response indicated that general account holders could exchange up to 100 Galleons each month, while those without an account were limited to 30 Galleons monthly. However, exchanges involving pure gold bars faced no limitations, as they were considered hard commodities with a very stable value. Adrian decided to postpone opening an account until he earned sufficient money or gold, opting to register with the Ministry later.

Hence, he postponed his familial plans for a few more days and resolved to spend his time with Angelina. Additionally, he engaged in research on runes, wards, and alchemy. Adrian had patiently awaited the opportunity to master alchemy and related subjects, harboring a vision of creating a multitude of things he had envisioned in his previous life.
