Red tails

Mr Rubben , Historia , Ace , Nathan , Ryan and Destroyer were in a plane heading to the exam site . Ace was talking to Historia but she didn't seen interested in the conversation. Nathan was talking to Destroyer , Mr Rubben was talking to the pilot about the destination and Ryan was had headphones on listening to music with his eyes closed . They had been flying for a about 2 hours . Ryan felt a tap on his shoulder. He pulled down his headphones but still had his eyes closed .

" What " He snapped.

" Is this really how you address you elders . Did you know learn manners from your owner you slave " Mr Rubben shouted .

" Rubben he is a child and he is not a slave " Destroyer shouted.

" Ha really not a slave look at him , he is a good for nothing... " before he could finish Ryan interupted him

" Mr Rubben just because I let you call me a slave does not mean that you can say what ever you want . I might have to remind you that this slave surpassed your so call nobel son . Who I might add is lacking in the Romance department maybe you should help ... "

" Shut up ! " Mr Rubben should

Ryan lazily opened his eyes and played his hand on his palm .

" Next time please throughly check your own situation before undermining other . Mr Rubben ." He said in a deep , emotionless voice .

Destroyer let out a laugh .

" How dare you , how dare you disrespect my father you peasant. Slaves like you don't even deserve to utter my fathers name " Ace spat .

" Uhm , well Mr Rubben you really were talking about respect then I will have to tell you that your son lacks in that department too " Ryan said putting his headphones on .

Ace snatched them from his ears and froze when he had his father let out a laugh.

" You are right Ryan , I must agree my son lacks in both departments. Might you were right you have a very interesting student in your hands " Mr Rubben said giving Ryan his headphones .

" Wait till you see him on the field " Destroyer added .

" Can't wait " Mr Rubben said .

After an hour the plane landed . The town looked like it was attack by a hurricane .

" Okay you all were briefed about the exam wipe out as many rank 1 xem as you can " Mr Rubben yelled.

" Mr Rubben said .

" Now all the plus 1 Xem look more human while the ones below rank 1 look more lik Zombies and are close to harmless when their alone . For this exam all four of you are in one team . Let's move out . " He turned to leave but stoped and looked at Ryan and said

" Oh and team Rubben stay out of Ryan's way when his in combat ".

" What do you mean stay out of his way " Ace yelled .

" You'll see " Nathan said with a little chuckle.

The group had been walking for an hour .

" This place is empty , what's the point of being here " Ace whined .

" Historia why do you keep staring at Ryan " Nathan said loudly.

" Shh what the hell " she whispered.

" Relax he has his headphones on , so you like him " Nathan said not changing his tone .

" Of course not " Ace huffed

ROARR!!!

Everyone froze except for Ryan . Even with his earphone he knew that it was a creature because of his gods eye .

" Everyone be ready to attack " Mr Rubben said .

" Ryan what is it ? " Destroyer asked at Ryan who was looking at the sun in the sky .

" I propose we find shelter , its about to rain " Ryan said walking to an abandoned building .

" Impossible the sun is clearly... " Before Ace could finish Destroyer and Nathan followed Ryan .

" If you trust his judgement that much Might then I'll trust him just this once let's go Ace " Mr Rubben said .

" Its been thirty minutes already and no rain " Ace complained .

" Ryan what makes you think its gonna rain " Mr Rubben asked in a displeased tone .

Ryan took of his headphones and looked up at the roof .

" All the animals, creatures and Xem around the area hid after the roar we heard . According to research creatures roar like that when a ceremony is about to begin. Seeing the numbers of Creature in the area I say it's a mating ritual were female humans are sacrificed to the female creatures as a sign of some sort mating proposal . I see around 100 female humans close by and they are breathing . Its about to rain in 30 minutes which is when the ritual will begin " Ryan explains.

" Are you an idiot or something you should have told us sooner , we could have saved them . why didn't you tell us sooner " Mr Rubben yelled .

" You never asked " Ryan replied.

" Rubben wait a minute, Ryan is the anyway in the slightest we can save those girls " Destroyer asked.

" Maybe if we leave now " Ryan replied.

" Let's go " Mr Rubben said .

Ryan had been flying for 10 minutes and the rest of the team was following him .He landed in front of a cave .

" Ok , My team and I will rescue the humans . Team Might you distract the creatures while we rescue the humans " Mr Rubben ordered .

" Right Beast , Dark angel you know what to do let's go ." Destroyer

Ryan intended his senses by 60% as they enters the cave .

Inside the cave was brighter than expected. The were Crystals on the walls that glowed creating There were fox like creatures with 2 orange tails with a little white at the end , bigger than a normal fox but smaller than a car . The was about 15 female and 40 males .

They all turned at them smelling their sent . Ryan charged forward withdrawing his wing . He withdrew his spear attacking. The creature yelped and cried as it was shot with 100 times by the spear . Ryan pushed his spear further into the creature . A female ran towards him filled with anger .

' must be his mate ' he thought .

Ryan threw his spear right at the female

" hey Destroyer what are these things " Ryan asked as his spear landed on the center of the females forehead .

" Red tails " Destroyer shouted back punching a male red tail .

More Red tails charged towards Ryan .

' Activaing blood manipulation ' The blood of the already dead red tails surrounded Ryan , spinning faster and faster .

The blood broke into thin arrows soon he had thousand of blood red arrows in front of him.

He could hear Destroyer tell people to run as soon as he was sure no human was near he launched all the arrows and they pierced the red tails in front of him. He bent down on one knee his breath becoming heavier. A red tail attack Ryan but was thrown back by Ryan's shield . Ryan had killed 25 red tailed, Destroyer 10 and Nathan 15 which means only five remain but the Alpha of the pack was among the five left .

" Kill the other four I'll get the Alpha " Ryan yelled Summoning his wings .

Using gods eye he saw that all the captives were saved . Ryan flew a little deeper into the cave and the stood a Red tail with 3 tails , it was bigger much much bigger than the normal red tails .

" Tame the alpha to unlock a suprise "

Ryan looked at the Alpha with a smirk on his face .

Ryan was now determined to take this creature . The red tail infuriated charged toward him .

" Calm down boy , I'm sure your pack is happy in heaven . " He said dodging the red tail .

He kicked it hard on the face. Then he softened the ground making it quick sand . The legs of the Red tail sank put as soon as it reached the stomach it stopped sinking because the hole was small . Ryan harden the ground making its legs stuck. It growl as it tried to move .

" Behave " Ryan said moving closer .

The red tail opened its mouth trying to catch Ryan but Ryan backed up .

" So sad , now I will have to punish you " Ryan said shaking his head .

Ryan did the same thing to the hands what he did to the legs . The he climbed on head of the red tail and walked on him till he saw his eyes .

" Do like what I did ... Mm that's not the right question. Now tell me will follow me or do you need more training." Ryan said looking at the red tails right eye .

The red tail growled at Ryan and closed its eyes . Ryan bit his thumb so hard blood poured and he mixed his blood with the one on the red tails cheek . Ryan had just signed a beast contract. A beast contract is when a warrior tames a creature who he or she can summon when I dire need of help of battling another beast .

"New Luna line Alpha detectect "

Ryan's smile grew wider as he heard Everdawn.

" Realese " Ryan said .

The red tail grew smaller and smaller till it was as big as a puppy . It looked very cute. Ryan had no idea what name to give the tiny , three tailed fox like creature .

" Uhm any suggestions on the name " Ryan said walking to his team .

They looked at him in awe , they had seen the whole thing but still couldn't believe it . Ryan had tamed an alpha red tail .

" Your bleeding , someone gives me a first aid kit . Ryan what the fuck, why did you not wear your armor and why do you still have your weights on . Look at your cut its huge " Nathan yelled .

Ryan riped his shirt of to see 3 huge claw Mark's on his pec , and he had forgotten his armor realizing that he still had his weights he let out a huge laugh.

" Sorry , I forgot. I was too excited . " Ryan said scratching the back of his neck .

Nathan looked at the Red tail and growled.

" You were Reckless " Nathan murmured.

" I have to agree with Nathan but I also have to commend you for holding back , it's a great improvement in the team work department " Destroyer said .

" Might what did you mean by holding back ? " Mr Rubben asked .

Destroyer let out a sigh and answered

" Remember when I told your team to stay back when Ryan was in a fight . What I truly ment was when Ryan is in a fight with someone it's like he is a trans and his only mission is to defeat his opponent . When I started training him and Nathan even though Nathan was his teammate his attack aimed at me and Nathan. " Destroyer said lifting his shirt revealing a deep wound which looked like he was ran over by a tank .

Mr Rubben looked and at Destroyer with astonishment with his eyes asking ' Did he do that ' .

" Yes and Nathan had this exact wound on his body , since then he wears weights when sparing but I'm relieved that he didn't hurt anyone back at the cave by using only 50 % of his strength. Do you know why we call him Darkangel? " Destroyer asked fixing his shirt .

Mr Rubben thought for awhile but ended up shaking his head .

" He got that name because he is honest , has good looks ,takes what he wants whenever he sees it fit and he puts himself before everything and everyone like Lucifer. Like when he decided not to save these women . " Destroyer answered.

Mr Rubben looked at the shirtless Ryan who had his headphones on with a new found fear .
