1 The prophecy
Many years after the prophecy was told, the governor's wife gave birth to a beautiful baby girl and to amazement of others her eyes were blue
zang shi was pacing in his chambers , this is not a good thing why will her eyes be blue he thought. he totally forgot about the prophecy, his special advisor "tang ti" enters.
"My Lord the priestess of the lu temple is on her way here" he said bowing down in respect.
"what!!" zang shi said surprised " I hope there is no problem
"of cuz not my Lord but I have this feeling that this has something to do with your daughter" he replied his expression now serious
After a while the priestess of lu temple arrives, and the gaurd announces her presence "my Lord , priestess Gu Jan din is here
"let her in" zang shi replies
The door opens and she enters "my Lord" she said bowing
"You may sit "
She sits on the golden duchi mattress
"So what is the reason for your visit" zang shi asks already curious.
"It's about your daughter my Lord " she said smiling
Zang shi didn't understand where this conversation is heading to so he quickly said frowning "there is nothing wrong with my daughter"
"Calm down my Lord I didn't say there's something wrong with her" she said surprised at were his mind was going.
Zang shi was already getting impatient and upset "so..."
She sighed before answering "it's unbelievable that you have forgotten about the prophecy"
getting lost in the conversation he asks "which one?"
She reminds him of the prophecy and he was so shocked and speechless for some minutes
"m--my child is the heavenly warrior" he said too dazed to think of anything else
"yes that's why her eyes is blue" Jan di replied
"I don't know if I should be happy or sad" he said confused
Jan di smiled " I advise you to be happy cuz the gods chose your daughter out of all the individuals in this world and also you have to keep her hidden to avoid unnecessary attention especially from her enemies"
"What!!" zang shi said shocked "the evil force already exists"
"Yes but they are still in hiding" she said "and also immediately your daughter was born the statue of the gods eyes turned white and that is enough evidence that your daughter is the heavenly sent warrior"
Zang shi is finding it difficult to process all this information , why must it be his daughter and this means that she can't live a normal life
"My Lord I know this is hard to accept but it's what the gods has decided" Jan di said in Sympathy of what his family is going to go through
"Ok" he replied sighing
"My Lord it will be safe if you veil her face so that no one can see her eyes except you ,ur wife and the people you trust" she said.
"Fine " he said rubbing his forehead, she stand up and bows before leaving
Zang shi explains everything to his wife and she was so shocked and speechless too
"oo my baby" she said upset and goes over to cuddle her "how will she cope wearing veil until the time comes for her to face her enemies".
"I'm really sorry my love but there's nothing I can do about it" he said hugging her "don't worry things will work out"
