Another Strange Dream

Ralph almost jumped out of his seat.

After opening the apartment door, Ralph saw Touka playing FPS on his notebook again.

Ralph dreamed of the war in Korea. He dreamed of the girl he had left near the police. She was alive and was in front of a grave.

The tomb had innumerable names written on the surface, Ralph felt they were the names of other mothers, who left behind sons and daughters because of the war.

The girl looked to the side, there were other girls just like them looking at other graves.

Ralph felt sadness in the dream, his heart faltered, and at the same time an enormous anger exploded inside him.

The dream then changed places, this time it was a battlefield, there was a river of blood and bodies all over that river. There was a big toxic cloud in the sky, and there was a palace floating in the air.

In this palace, there were flags from different countries. And at any moment someone jumped out of the palace and fell into the river, becoming part of the landscape of bodies.

Ralph then found himself in the dream, as the next to fall from the palace. But then he turned and made flames come out of his hand, destroying the entire palace.

The flags of the countries burned, and after a while only the palace's ashes remained, which fell into the river.

The river of blood turned green, the bodies revived and began to draw water from the river.

Then, a different palace appeared on everyone's forehead in the dream. There were no flags in the palace, but everyone started laughing. And then...

Ralph's cell phone alarm went off, making him open his eyes a little startled.

Ralph felt that he was lying on something a little hard and realized that he was on the floor.

Ralph looked with red eyes to the side, and saw Touka looking at him with a confused expression as she yawned, she seemed to have just woken up too, probably due to the cell phone alarm.

"Comfortable?" Ralph asked in a light tone.

"Cough ... Good morning." Touka spoke as she looked away.

"Heh." Ralph laughed coldly and stood up.

After stretching a little, Ralph started to prepare to go to school.

Ralph again remembered that he had not shopped and there was nothing to eat.

"What the hell." Ralph murmured and took his schoolbag.

"Are you planning on going hungry?" Touka asked.

"There is nothing to eat." Ralph replied.

Touka held out her hand with a smile and a box appeared.

"Yesterday a girl came here to deliver this pie, is she your girlfriend?" Touka asked as she looked at the pie inside the box.

Ralph in an instant went to the box and looked at the pie.

It was chocolate with strawberry, had a light coating and the texture made it obvious that the quality and flavor are undoubtedly great.

"She is a person I know." Ralph replied and put the pie on the table.

"Whatever, but you're going to share the pie with me, right?" Touka asked with burning eyes ...

Ralph rolled his eyes for a moment and said:

"Just a piece, I'm not the type of person who makes others hungry for no reason."

Touka smiled and broke a large piece of the pie without hesitation.

"Hey wait, I said a piece, you're getting almost half the pie!" Ralph shouted but it was too late.

Touka started to run out of the apartment while shouting:

"See you at school."

Ralph ground his teeth and ate the rest of the pie.

-She doesn't know that she only has a bus stop nearby? Or does she plan on flying?

After leaving the apartment, Ralph went to the bus stop while thinking about something

After arriving at the bus stop, Ralph saw Touka trying to avoid him in a corner.

"I thought you knew, isn't your father a golden inspector?" Ralph spoke as he got on the bus.

Touka went up behind Ralph and said:

"I haven't talked to him much lately."

After sitting down, Ralph said:

"It's not like it's a secret anyway. I received a mission from the council. That's why I ... stayed away so long.

After saying that, Ralph looked out the window with a bitter expression. Touka noticed this and decided not to ask more about Ralph's mission.

After arriving at school, Ralph and Touka went to their respective classrooms.

Ralph sat in his seat and said:

The professor frowned and looked at the paper Ralph handed over.

Out of curiosity, he started to correct Ralph's test, hoping it was blank or wrong. But he was stunned to realize ... that the answers were all right!

Meanwhile, Ralph was walking towards the cafeteria. From time to time he received strange looks, sometimes directed at his hair.

Upon arriving at the diner, Ralph bought something to eat as usual and sat on the grass nearby, under a tree.

Ralph thought as he put on headphones.

Ralph ate while listening to music and enjoying the light breeze under the tree.

After finishing eating, Ralph began to practice silently. He was trying to improve the integration of Aura in his Domain.

Frankly, Ralph doesn't like a direct conflict with Auras, simply because it takes too much energy.

Domain conflict consumes even more energy, as it involves manipulating the environment around it.

"Your girlfriend must be really awful in the kitchen, are you sure you like her?" Touka spoke while eating.

"Besides, how can you like chocolate pie with strawberry? This is probably the worst possible combination ..." Touka continued trying to provoke some reaction from Ralph, but he remained silent and unresponsive.

"Tsk, what a boring guy." Touka spoke while finishing eating

"What are you doing here?" Aoi suddenly spoke.

Aoi had just finished eating too when she saw Ralph and Touka under a tree talking. She was curious and approached them.

"I am talking with my self." Touka spoke while pouting.

"Ah ... Anyway, do you have free time? Ralph-san." Aoi spoke

Ralph opened his eyes and said:

"It depends."

"Hmph. Stop acting all full of yourself." Touka murmured.

Ralph frowned slightly and looked at Touka.

"Is there a problem? Miss Property Invader." Ralph spoke with a slight smile.

"Hmm? Property Invader?" Aoi murmured and looked at Touka.

Touka looked away and said:

"I don't know what you're talking about."
