Today was our wedding day. Some family members couldn’t make it to the wedding because of the brief notice. Uncle Jonas, Uncle Cayson, their wives, Uncle Jasper, and Uncle Marco came.

I was getting ready when I stopped. I would have been married by now if it weren’t for the car accident. Not remembering anyone or myself was rough. How couldn’t I remember these people? Especially Piper, of all people.

After remembering, my parents called Uncle Jasper for answers. When he arrived, he talked to me while Uncle Marco harassed Uncle Nixon. I chuckled at the thought of those two.

Uncle Jasper said that one minor thing could trigger a person's memories even when we don’t realize it. Music, conversation, pictures, or a particular smell could trigger memories. There’s no rhyme or reason to it. It happens.
