Deep in a mysterious forest a lone wolf returns home from a long successful hunt when ...

"AAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

"That came from the den!" thought the wolf as his ears shot up.

Without a second thought he dashed home. Practically flying through the forest he arrived within a few minutes to find that an adventurer ransacked his home.

Noticing the adventurer hadn't seen him yet he attacked with one swift motion the adventurers throat was ripped out. As the adventurer lay dead the wolf wonders "That scream was female in origin so where is she?". sniffing the air he follows an odd scent to the back of the den and finds an unconscious woman.

Investigating further he feels more and more pitty as he realized what came of her. "Poor girl not even humans are immune from their own cruelty" he thinks as he wines," whats worse is your still alive."

Lamenting over his pack finding he is the only surviver left he decides to help her.
