6 Yuan Si

Su Qing looked up at the man directly, but she wasn't able to see his face as he wore a veiled hat to hide his face.

Su Qing gaped with the intense aura she felt from the veiled man, but she tried to remain calm as she politely vowed towards him as she directed him to go inside the shop and sit.

He had the same aura as her Master…

'Wait, what am I thinking?' Su Qing snapped out of her thoughts quickly as she looked at them again.

They didn't go in, but were standing there still.

'What happened? They do not want to go in?'

She looked at the guy beside with a questioning gaze.

"Are you mute? Or you don't know how to talk?" a deep but beautiful voice came out from inside the veil.

Su Qing looked at the person and stared at him quietly.

"If you are only a mute, I know how to talk with Sign language. Speak with this," the man said with a voice that had a laughing attitude.

Su Qing felt annoyed with this sudden teasing from the man, but she didn't want to cause a ruckus unnecessarily and bring a problem for the Old man.

So she said, "Alright. Please come in."

He looked satisfied with her sign as he asked her again, "Does an old man live here with you?"

"Yes," she nodded her head without any question.

"He is here. Let's go in!" he murmured before he flung sleeves of his long white robe in the air as he went inside.

"Stay right there, old man. Or I'll bind you up like last time to take you back!" he said coolly as he sat down on a bench with a relaxed manner.

"You insolent brat! So Presumptuous, just like that woman!" Although he protested, he came back and sat down without a hitch like an obedient child.

Su Qing, "..."

'Old man, where did you put your dignity?'

She only stayed back to see what happens next.

Su Qing already assumed the mysterious man's identity. So she knew that old man wasn't in any grave danger. 

So she stayed back to let them continue their conversation.

"I'm An Ding, what's your name, brat?" Even so, she wasn't able to escape from the other guy's curiosity, so Su Qing decided to talk with him.

"Wu Sheng," she hid her real identity on purpose as she told him the given name by the old man.

"I see. The Old Master gave you the name, didn't he? How did you meet him?" An Ding asked him out of curiosity.

He knew that all the people the Old Master or the Young Master picked up were all extraordinary.

So he wanted to know what this guy was capable of.

"I met him here, in front of his shop. He let me stay here out of his kindness. Now I work here and take care of the shop," her words and reasons were very simple.

This made An Ding a little disappointed. Well, it was actually good for the Old Master that this brat didn't have any special abilities.

Or the Young Master will poach him from the Old Master right away!

So the two of them continued to speak with each other in peace outside, unaware of the battle that was going on inside.

"Did you only come here to peek at me, or you have some other business as well?" Old Gu asked the veiled young man as he poured the wine in two cups.

"Not in particular. I do have some business going on. Came here for an incognito visit. Also, I need to look for that thing quickly."

"The poison is going to have an outbreak in the entire continent if we continue to leave it like this!" the young man lifted his veil, only to show out a face that was not comparable in case of handsomeness.

The pair of beautiful and sharp phoenix-like blue eyes, along with his white hair that fell loosely over his shoulder. The thin lips were in perfect shape, and his jade-like skin that looked like a lustrous and shining pearl.

Everything in him was beyond describing in words as he looked like someone out of this world.

Yuan Si looked at his grandfather as he answered his questions. Now it was time for him to answer his questions.

The veiled face he saw from before in front of the shop suddenly popped out in his mind.

Those beautiful red eyes that he saw from under the veils were so fascinating and so familiar to him that his eyes became moist.

But he put away his feelings as he ignored the person and went in.

"Who is that mute, the one you are raising now?"

"Do you know him beforehand? What if he tried to harm you?" Yuan Si said as a matter of fact as he sipped in the wine that Grandfather poured for him.

"That child is very docile and obedient. He is not as harmful as you said. I found him in a very bad position."

"He doesn't have anyone to look after him. And he was very badly injured and all his meridians are broken right now."

"He couldn't cultivate, this is what you say, being barely alive. And he knows how to cook delicacies, so I kept him as an attendant for this shop."

"When I go back, I'll give it away to him so that he can continue with his living." he stroked his beard as he continued to say everything to Yuan Si.

"What about his voice?" he only asked him lightly, but there was a mysterious light in Yuan Si' eye.

"The child is really such a beautiful one. He became someone's enemy, his tongue was cut off of his mouth. He can't even talk with his mouth. Alas!" Old Gu felt bad when he talked with him.

But he didn't see the ferocious light that flashed across Yuan Si's eyes and the cold expression on his handsome face.
