the god universe system

this of a kid that was discovered to have the rarest type of blood that has a one in a 10 to the 100th power of being created and he gets discovered and is taken in by the government and has his blood drown out of him every once and a while. but in between these times he watches anime and super hero movies and reads manga and light novels. fast forward 17 years and thanks to a raid done by a terrorist organization accidentally kills him and he meets the queen of the gods and this is where the story starts.
