a young man was doing one armed push ups cause his other arm was in a cast the unlocked handcuffs hanging from the sidebar of his hospital bed there were multiple cops standing guard outside his room cause this wasn't the first time he had got out of the cuffs with one arm you see estoc derand was obsessed with being a superhero he may have wanted to be something else at one point maybe a librarian or a book store owner but between all the comics and anime at some point he didnt care if it was impossible he wanted to be a superhero so he put all his time and resources into it eventually intervening in a hostage crisis that claimed the lives of four cops and and three hostages when estoc walked in wearing some kind of armor took out 8 bank robbers before a ninth unloaded a shotgun point blank breaking through his armor fracturing his arm and rendering him unconscious luckily though the cops could handle one guy and ended up saving him just as the guy reloaded his shotgun which was why he was in the hospital guarded by cops who haven't quite decided how to charge him yet. as he collapsed all sweaty about to pass out right there on the floor suddenly a screen popped up in front of his face ................................ ..... evil sensing system activate? ...................................... no way he said out loud estoc was shaking with excitement he knew what this was he had read about it many times will I be able to level up? he wondered as he absent mindedly pressed the word activate.
