Chapter 2: the Village (2)

As soon as they arrived at the village Natsuki and Petra were immediately recognized by the villagers.

Immediately everyone started bowing and asking what brought them there, but they didn't answer.

Arriving at the main square, Natsuki immediately notices something..

Near a shop there was the owner and a boy, at the same age as Natsuki, but a little smaller and thinner.

:" Please! an apple! is the only thing I'm asking you!"

:"NO! I DO NOT SELL MY APPLES TO POOR LIKE YOU!"

at one point, a figure puts himself between the two

:"And why don't you sell to the "poor"?" The vendor was petrified…it was Natsuki

:"OH MY LORD! NASTUKI-SAMA!"

Natsuki looks at the boy worried

after making sure he was okay he asked him

:" I'll pay you the apple don't worry. and you salesman, now you owe me an explanations!"

the owner, trying to justify himself, he replied

:"eem, see Natsuki-sama i didn't..just want to...eeem...AH!''

Natsuki looked at him puzzled

:"HE WAS ROBBING ME! YES, YOU SEE?! HE WANTED THE APPLE FOR FREE. FOR FREE!! Thank goodness you came. It is evident that my prayers have reached your ears "

The boy was terrified, he was afraid that Natsuki had believed the seller but..

:" I'm sorry to disappoint you but I didn't hear any prayers and if my eyes don't deceive me, you didn't want to sell the apple to the boy."

the salesman replied in a more severe tone

:" BUT I'M TELLING THE TRUTH! BELIEVE ME PLEASE! HE'S ROBBIN-"

Natsuki he looked at him with terrifying eyes..

:" you are perhaps saying that my eyes, eyes of the gods, can't see well? that I'm lying?"

:" Oh no no no my lord no! your eyes are perfect Natsuki-sama, but I'm sayi-"

:"shut up. I don't want to hear any more excuses. Petra! please take this seller away"

Petra bowed and took the seller by the arm and gave him to the guards.

:"Hey.. are you okay?"

Natsuki said to the boy

:"Ah.. umm yes! Yes i'm ok!now i-i have to go.. u-um bye!"

the boy was about to leave when Natsuki took him by the arm.

His eyes were sad . the boy stopped and looked at him carefully:

he had long white hair and crystal colored eyes. his skin was pale with a scar on his neck that probably started from his back.he couldn't help but notice her clothes, they were famous for being the clothes of the gods.

:"so.. em what's your name?"

Natsuki asked yo the boy

he replied

:"um, well my name is.. Alexander, honored to meet you"
