12 Chapter 12: I will kill you!

Chapter 12: I will kill you!

[Bright light spread across the sky, the orange hue helping you regain consciousness. You stood amidst the aftermath, staring at the sky as the sun slowly ascended. Lowering your gaze, a grim scene unfolded before you—hundreds of lifeless bodies scattered on the ground.]

[Your skin had returned to its natural green hue, but there was an unsettling addition—a long intestine hung around your neck, blood droplets dripping from it. Disgusted, you tossed it aside. Surveying the scene, you sighed. The undead had succumbed to the sunlight, rendering them immobile. The realization hit you—your efforts were futile, merely a dance in someone else's orchestrated scheme. At the least, you stopped their advance.]

[At the same time, you had managed to capture the hearts of many. Your reputation increased by 120. The sweat from your body had turned into visible sweat. It resembled a golden aura due to the sunlight. You were tired.]

[Turning back, you noticed the ogres staring at you. Ignoring all of them, your gaze specifically fell on Laiya. She was waving her arm at you. Considering it a signal, you walked back towards her. Your steps were heavy.]

[You did not falter. You arrived safely at the camp. You exited the battlefield but that was it. You were once again at your limit and why wouldn't you be? You were massacring the undeads for 10 hours. If they were living creatures, your kill count would have been over 10,000.]

[You felt dizzy and fell to the ground, but made sure that you didn't fall asleep. Your vision had blurried so you couldn't see on what you fell on. Weirdly enough, your body was sensitive, but even without that, you could tell that you grabbed something soft. I think you are getting at where I'm going… As you regained your sight, you noticed Laiya right under you.]

[Surprised, you attempted to rise, only to discover your left hand resting on Laiya's left breast. Although she wore a breastplate that covered her chest, the fall had displaced it, resulting in an unexpected, albeit fortunate, perverted moment!]

[Half of the ogres present covered their eyes in embarrassment, while the others looked on with envy. The general blinked in disbelief, momentarily taken aback. The chieftain, trying to diffuse the awkward atmosphere, quickly averted his gaze and let out a loud cough.]

[Until that cough, you had been unintentionally moving your face forward, and Laiya's green skin had taken on a slightly reddish hue, resembling the time when you accidentally peeped on her during a bath. It was only with the chieftain's timely cough that you snapped out of your inadvertent pose, attempting to get up. However, despite your efforts to appear composed, you ended up falling to the ground.]

[You have fallen asleep due to extreme fatigue. You require rest. Temporarily ending the simulation.]

This time, Bozo could hear the message loud and clear. As he regained consciousness, he noticed something amiss – his vision was gone! Although he could feel that his eyes were open, everything remained shrouded in darkness.

Ding!

A sharp sound resonated in his head, causing a piercing pain. Bozo realized that this voice was within his mind since he couldn't feel his ears.

'What's…'

Ding!

Bozo couldn't read anything. Nothing was visible to him. It was the system's female-like voice that helped him understand the contents. As he tried to comprehend the situation, the pain slowly started to kick in. It began with him regaining his hearing ability, followed by the return of the sense of pain.

He first heard the sound of a crunch, too similar to the crunching sound during the encounter with the undead Ogre. It was clear that someone or something was chewing on something, and with the increasing pain from his abdomen, Bozo couldn't help but think the unthinkable.

'Is something eating my stomach!?', he tried to pull himself up but failed. His body seemed to be stuck in place. 'What's wrong!? Just what is happening?'

As if seeming to rescue and help him, the system offered something.

Ding!

[Does the host like to change the perspective of vision? You will be able to see yourself from an aerial view.]

[Yes/No]

'Yes.'

All of a sudden, as if a wave, the darkness started to vanish. Greenery returned, and trees and grasses were visible. But some other green too came to the picture…

It was Bozo. He was looking at himself. To be specific, he was looking at his body that remained on the ground, butchered into pieces. There were a few humans on the side. The woman who hunted him down was feeding his limbs to her dogs. His eyeballs were in a pot over a fire – they were cooking his eyes.

And the crunching sound? Dogs were chomping on his guts. They ripped his stomach open and were munching on it.

A burning feeling surged through him, not just from the gruesome scene of his own but also from spotting a few other bodies nearby – his family, in the same horrifying state. Their bodies were torn apart. Their nails were being pulled out. Their teeth also the same.

His heart that had gone dormant, suddenly reignited itself. It began to beat again.

'Humans, how cruel are they?', his words echoed in his consciousness.

A mix of sorrow and anger welled up within as he continued, 'They destroy the world. They destroy our home. They chase us away and hunt us in the most horrible way possible, and all they do is justify themselves with one thing: to sustain their population.'

Like a volcano erupting, Bozo's whole being ignited with a single thought planted in his torn-out heart: 'I will kill you!'

Bozo's heart, now residing in the dog's stomach, raced at an unstoppable pace, inflicting abnormal pain.

"W-wwwooooofff!", the dog howled in agony, collapsing to the ground and convulsing.

The woman, originally fixated on the pot, abruptly shifted her attention. Without a second thought, she dashed towards the suffering dog. However, her focus changed when she witnessed the creature vomit Bozo's heart. The organ thudded uncontrollably, rolling toward his lifeless form.

Despite being devoid of limbs, eyes, heart, or organs, Bozo's body began to vibrate. Half of the body slowly rose, as if sitting in an upright position. It seemed as though the gates of hell had swung open, and the Devil himself stood behind them, bellowing with absolute dominance: "I will kill you."

Under normal circumstances, the woman wouldn't have comprehended the words. The goblins' language was entirely different and alien to them. But in this moment, Bozo's consciousness and will, filled with anger, spoke out – imprinting the words onto her being and enabling her to understand.

Despite her strength and power, the woman felt fear grip her in the face of the unfolding spectacle. As absurd as it may sound, her eyes widened as she turned towards the other humans and ran towards them. Every inch of her skin knew what fear was on this day as she screamed with all her might, so hard that she even lost her voice, "Everyone!"

Bozo, in the midst of his body's regeneration, didn't pursue her. With his limbs gradually regrowing, he waited patiently, his next move set to flee from the scene.
