"I was not hurry but is my wife’s
drink can’t you see she is working

living with her before someone
else will take here away

They finish drinking and Ken
want out with the boss.
"Ken I called you out here to
ask one question."

"What is going on? Miriam
told me everything and ask
me to look into the case but
something tells me that
someone is out to ruin your
family, do you know who it is"?
"No, that is the problem, I know
someone is behind it but I have
not lay my hands on any until
today."

"A lawyer my father trusted
and a man my father took as his
friend, we were just coming from
his office, but what will saw told

and laughing.

I will see you later ken".

and walk back to Ben.
"I think I will leave you here,

Ken left with the car, but getting
home he met a police van waiting
outside the mansion.
"That is him", the lawyer pointed
at Ken.
Ken came out of the car as
his mother keep crying and saying
"leave my son alone, he is not a
criminal" and everyone in the
Jackson house say the same
thing and shouting at the police
men.
They push ken into their van
and took him to the police station.
"What did I do?" ken keep asking.
"You will know when you get
to the police station".
They put him in cell while the
lawyer charge the case to court
almost immediately.
"My son did not assault anyone.
He want there to ask him a simple
question" Tina argued at the
station.
Ben was the only one standing
as a witness for ken while the
lawyer have generated almost 6
witnesses who are testifying
against Ken, while Mr. Abiodu
is the chief witness. Saying that
ken beat up the lawyer in his office
damaging case files from his
office.
"We did not damage anything
in his office if only Mr. Abiodu
who have been my father’s friend
over the years can simply be
truthful to himself" Ben said.
When Ken could not provide
enough witness, he was sentence
to 2 years imprisonment and to
pay a fare of 1billion naira for the
damage of the lawyer’s office.
So Ken was thrown in the same
prison where Benson was for killing
Ken’s father.
"Look who we got here, Benson
said coming on Ken with his men
inside the prison cell, he is the
little rat who threw me in prison
for killing the idiot who took my
girl, now he is here too, hahahahaha.
They all laugh at Ken.
"Stay away from me, am
warning you". Ken warns.
"Look who is warning me, hahaha, dragon…
"Yes boss"
"Teach him how to respect
his elders."

Dragon want and gave Ken a
slap that brought stars in Ken’s
eyes.
"Ohh.. my God, what did I do"?
"Hahahahha they all laugh at him.

Benson said laughing the hell out
of Ken.
"Listen, I did nothing to you, you
are here because you kill my father
but am here because of injustice
done against me and my family.
"He is still talking. Dragon.. do
your work.
"Yes boss."
They started beating Ken until
one of the officers have to pull
Ken out of that place into
another cell.
The boss in that other cell walk
close to Ken, look at him long
and hard.
"Who are you"?
"Ken, my name is Kenneth".
"Kenneth, why is Benson after
you"?
"He kill my father and I have
him put in prison."
"Then why are you here"?
"I don’t know sir".
"Hahahaha, He did not know
why he is here", the man said
talking to the rest of the people, but
everyone just keep quiet.
"Come here" he called at Ken, but
he did not move.
"I said come to me boy", ken move
a bit, he try to hit him but Ken push
him to the floor and everyone start
shouting, up Ken, up Ken, up Ken.
The man got up from the floor
and ask them to keep quiet but no,
they have seen their hero.
He raise his hand to punch
Ken but Ken knock him down.
"Yeaaa… go Ken, go ken, go Ken….
The people start hailing him.
The man got up and bow to
Ken, "you are the man, boss".
Ken just walk pass him and sat
down on one spot, five of the men
in the cell took papers and start
fanning him. He just turn and look
at them without saying a word.
What just happen? He keep
wondering.
Just few weeks ago he was
riding in the most beautiful car
and sleeping in a mansion, now
he is in a prison with all this smells
around him, something is not right.
"Hey… can I make a call"? He ask
the man he just knock down.
"Yes boss, five thousand a
minute call".
"What? Why?".
"You are in prison mannn.., but
for you I will give you two thousand".
"Fine, give it to me"
"He hand ken the phone",
"Hello.. peter can you hear me"?
"Who is this"?
"Am Ken mannn.."
"What happen to your phone"?
"Am in prison as we speak."

do in prision? and I don’t know how
I got here either".

are in prion not even cell but prison?

sign but the next thing I see this
man start laughing at me, is as
if he knows something about all
the things happening in our
house, so a knock him down".
"Good, that is what am about to
say, you should have beaten the
hell out of him".
"But that is why am in prison

has people start going to prison
just for nodding someone?"
"Are you asking me, they said is
an assault"

fact give me that lawyer’s address
let me go and assault him very
well."

that since am already in prison,
I want you to go to Miriam Ben's
wife, she will take you to the boss,
ask him what he find out and
please do check up on my mom
and the rest of the family, I think
I will be in here for two years".
"There is no way you are staying
in here for two year, am going to
bring you out."
Peter want to see Miriam who
took him to the boss.
"Ken sent me to you, want have
you find out?"
"Where is Ken?"
"In prison"
"What prison?"
"The same question I ask'. Peter
said.
"Anyways, there is a cool war
going on, between the Jacksons
and Benson."
"But Benson is in prison as
we speak".
"Yes, my informant told me that
Benson is operating from prison,
using one Mr. Abiodu and a
lawyer who is working for Mr.
Jackson, that is how they are
able to bring the Jackson to
their kneels.
“I said it” peter murmured, “so
how do we bring Ken out of that
prison because he is not staying
in there for another week".
"It depends the boss said."
"Depend on what?".
"If he is willing to come out".
"Of course, his my man, he is
willing just as am willing."
"Then here is what we will do,
he whispers to peter."
"That is more dangerous than
I thought."
"You see, you are not ready, and
I know he will not be ready too."
"I will let him know first because
ken might be more stronger than
I am."
"Ok, tell him what I said."
"Ok, thanks boss" Peter said and left.
