Transmigrated into an unfamiliar world

Li Chu felt a throbbing pain in her head. She tried hard to open her eyes but couldn't. She could hear voices of children shouting but she couldn't care about them as her head was aching so much that she felt it could burst any moment.

" Is she dead?"

" We didn't do anything, right?"

" Should we help her?"

" No, we may get reprimanded if we tell others, let's leave."

These voices gradually faded away from her ears and Li Chu once again lost consciousness.

When Li Chu regained her consciousness, she could feel her headache subsided. Just as she opened her eyes, she saw a white ceiling above her head, white walls surrounding the room and when she just tried to sit up, she saw medical equipments all attached to her body.

Li Chu was very confused now, just a few moments ago she was in her room, lamenting how hard was a student's life and now in a moment she was in a hospital.

'Just what the hell happened to me, I must be dreaming, right. '

Li Chu pinched herself on her right arm and screamed.

'Ouch, it hurts. Even if it is a dream, it should not hurt that much. Heck, is this even a dream?'

While Li Chu was busy contemplating whether it was a dream or reality, the doctor rushed in when he heard her scream.

" Oh little girl, you are finally awake. It is good that you are alright. Are you feeling pain anywhere, tell me.

When Li Chu heard all this, she knew this was all reality. She was panicked suddenly, she was after all just a sixteen year girl with a happy family and now somehow she ended up in a hospital. This was not at all scientific.

She cried, " Where are my parents, how am I in a hospital and why is my body aching all over? Answer me. Woo..woo?"

The doctor was startled by her sudden outburst but he thought this girl was frightened. So, he said in a soothing word, " Little girl, don't worry, you are in a safe place. No one can harm you now. You were beaten by some troublesome children, you should resist when anyone bully you. You should rest and calm your mind. I will call your guardian over. "

Hearing thus Li Chu was more panicked but she just stayed silent to observe everything.

The doctor thought she had calmed down and called over her grandpa.

Li Chu saw an old man with old clothes come over with a very worried face. When Li Chu saw him, she unknowingly felt ease at heart as if seeing someone very close.

" My poor Chu chu, are all right? You frightened your grandpa, you should have told me about those stinking kids bullying you, I am not that old to not being able to protect my granddaughter. You rest now."

Li Chu blurted out without thinking, " Don't worry, grandpa. I am all right."

She felt strange about her reaction but when the old man caressed her head, some unfamiliar memories came to her mind and she understood everything then.

She did not say anything else and just closed her eyes because her mind was in a mess now.

According to the memories she concluded that she had just transmigrated into another world similar to her own but the places and names were all very unfamiliar.

She was in the body of an thirteen year old girl whose parents passed away three years ago. This body had also the name same as hers and lived alone with the old man she just met who was her grandpa. It was simple that as this girl was an orphan she was often bullied and this time also her classmates were bullying her but she refused to give in and thus resulted in a brawl that got her hurt as she was alone against a group of stupid teenagers who fought all day. She was pushed and crashed into a wall which resulted in her crossing over.

Li Chu sighed and accepted the fact that she had just transmigrated. Although she used to read novels all day and wanted something magical to happen to her too but when it really happened Li Chu was really upset.

But her parents always told her that you must live on, no matter what. So she calmed her mind and made her mind to face whatever comes to her life now. With this thought, Li Chu really fell asleep this time.
