1 Back to Korea

Three years have passed. I faced hard times alone. I have been released from all my suffering at Zenn School and have returned to a normal life. But... The pain of that day still lingers to this day. Especially the pain when he left me... Forever.

The sound of the loudspeakers, the screams of several people, and even the car horns were deafening. It's normal at airports like now, especially since it's Incheon airport. Where many people come and go to a large and modern capital city like Seoul.

In the crowd, a beautiful girl with long hair tied in a ponytail was seen walking in a hurry while pulling a large suitcase in her right hand. Her left hand is busy holding a cell phone to her ear. It seemed she was a newcomer as the girl looked like a confused person.

In front of the airport, many taxis gathered waiting for passengers who were ready to be escorted. Many pickers wave paper or boards at every passenger on the plane that just arrived.

The girl named Han Yura hurriedly waved at the taxi that had just stopped right in front of her. Luckily the taxi stopped right in front of the girl. Yura was about to open the car door when suddenly someone grabbed her and pushed her aside, causing her to fall.

"Oh no!"

"Sorry. I was in a hurry..."

A man's baritone voice interrupted the girl's surprise. Before she could get up, the taxi she was about to take was already speeding up. Leaving her feeling very upset.

She was about to scream in anger, but her voice was again drowned out by a group of teenage girls running around like people in a trance. The seven girls looked around as if looking for someone.

"Where it goes?"

"Unfortunately we lost him, even though we were so close."

"I wonder why he went out alone without a bodyguard? Didn't he just come back from Paris?"

"Tsk... I don't know, we'd better go!"

The teenage girls rushed off. Yura who was wiping the dirt on her pants glanced cynically at them.

"Huh... Not polite at all. They look like 'sesaeng'. But what pissed me off was that guy just now. Barged in rudely and now I have to wait for another taxi. Too bad. Why am I always unlucky when I come to this place? "

Yura just continued to grumble. The passersby around her didn't even care when she was being treated rudely. The girl then returned to wait for the next taxi. It took her about half an hour to get a taxi.

"Seriously, the first time I set foot in this place made a bad day. Don't let me go through something as terrible as three years ago."

Finally, Yura returned to chat with her grandmother after three years of not seeing each other. Yura felt guilty for leaving her grandmother alone. The girl was even sprayed by her aunt who had been taking care of her grandmother.

"I'm sorry, Grandma, I was gone too long," said Yura while hugging her grandmother who was still lying on the bed complaining of leg pain for several days. Her grandmother hit Yura's shoulder lightly.

"Bad girl. Why are you back now? Have you forgotten that you still have a grandma? How dare you leave your grandma here alone. Did your mother forbid you to come here?"

Yura shook her head. "This has nothing to do with mother, grandmother. I just want to continue a normal life there. I have also finished my studies and got a degree which of course is good. Grandma didn't forget that I was smart?"

Yura excitedly showed her grandmother the scores of her graduation exam and Bachelor of Communications degree. The two hugged again. Of course, her grandmother did not forget how her granddaughter always had brilliant achievements. But the grandmother also knew that Yura had experienced difficult times because of her achievements.

"With this, grandma is sure you will get a decent job, so people won't underestimate you anymore."

Yura nodded firmly. "Of course. I promised myself. I have also sent applications to several companies, I will interview one of them tomorrow."

"Grandma is glad you're excited again. Grandma will wish you all the best. You better eat now, look at your thin cheeks. I like Yura as fat as ever."

"Really? But why do I even feel less skinny?"

"Hush... A young woman must be healthy and curvaceous. How can you get an established man if you are thin like this."

"Men? I didn't even think that way."

"Nonsense. Come on, hurry up and eat!"

"Okay, Grandma." Yura smiled and immediately looked at the dinner dish that was so appetizing. She had not eaten Korean food made by her grandmother in a long time. In just a short time the food had entered her stomach without any residue.

Yura's grandmother still sells on the roadside, but it's bigger and has also opened branches elsewhere. Thanks to the compensation that the Zenn Group Family gave Yura in the past, her grandmother was able to open a branch and also move into a more decent apartment.

Yura can also continue her studies to completion in Taiwan. Compensation is given to scholarship recipients who previously suffered losses due to the Zenn Group Family tradition. Yura accepted it wasn't because of money and shamelessness, but it was her right because she was one of the disadvantaged students there.

Before going to sleep, Yura thought back to what happened three years ago. How she witnessed the death of Minho, her lover, in front of her own eyes. Then the cruel conflict that occurred within the Zenn Group Family. Yura didn't expect herself to be a witness to everything that happened there.

Yura even thought about how Taewoo and Felix are now. Both of them were devastated by what happened at that time. They have lost Minho and have to accept the fact that the two are brothers.

The only heir Yura still heard of was Naito. Since the scandal at Zenn High School, he is now more focused on the world of modeling and entertainment. While the other heirs were not heard from because the media deleted all news related to the Zenn Group Family.

Yura was also curious about the other two heirs, namely Park Taehyun and Park Nikko. Who would have thought that the two figures that Yura considered the kindest and friendliest were real enemies in a blanket?

The girl took a deep breath and quickly pulled the blanket over her entire body.

"I don't need to think about that. It's all in the past. What I see now is the future, so I better prepare for the interview tomorrow. Because it's about my future."

After muttering to herself, Yura chose to close her eyes. But in her heart she was still hopeful, praying for the name of someone he hadn't even been able to forget for three years.

"I miss you. What were you doing there? I'm sure you must be much happier now. Hope you never forget me, Kim Minho."
