Chapter One: The Solution

Zhao Yue has been wandering aimlessly for only God knows how long.. She has seriously lost count of the nights and days she has spent walking in hopes of finding anyone or anything that could see her.

Waking up in a Hospital, and seeing your own body was more than a terrifying expirience. Zhao Yue desperately tried to return back into her own body but her attempts were all futile, And she ended up crashing to the floor every single time. Then, there came an oppressing force that threw her out of the Hospital in the blink of an eye. No matter what she did, She couldn't enter the hospital space. Zhao Yue had no choice but to leave, and try to find answers herself.

A stupid move, some would say. But it was her only bet, She couldn't just stand there all night and day without doing anything! Maybe there was someone with a third eye that could see her.

Heaving out a sigh, she sat herself on the bench. The sun was merely rising, and the breeze was still cool and fresh. In the park, People would all come and go as they please. Adults and children alike would come, either exercising or spending their family time together. Still, None of them could see her else she thinks she would make a commotion.

Not to brag, but Zhao Yue was a well known public figure in Asia. She was crowned as the most beautiful in all over the Universe in her lifetime. Wherever she would go, even if the people didn't recognize her as such, they would still be in awe of her beauty.

"Little Girl, I see you've come back." She hears a voice coming from behind her. On reflex, she turns her head to see a person standing a few metres from where she was sitting.

"Grandma!" Zhao Yue screams in excitement soon as she sees the old lady. The woman who gave her the magical braclet, claiming that she deserves it for the kind act she showed to another person. "C-can you see me?" Zhao Yue asks hesitantly afraid that Grandma was addressing somebody else.

Grandma nods her head with a smile, making Zhao Yue just about then burst into tears of joy. Her feet moved faster than her brain, and she found herself hugging the old woman with all her might.

"Little girl, why are you cryinhg?" Grandma asks, confused. Nevertheless, she comforts Zhao Yue by patting her back carefully.

"Grandma, wuwuwuwu~" Zhao Yue finally lets go of her emotions. Her tears were like waterfalls, dripping down her smooth cheeks. "I don't know what happened." She cries.

"You poor little child." Grandma says, making a tsk sound as she stares at her sad appearance. Grandma wipes Zhao Yue's tears, "Tell grandma what happened."

"Grandma, all i could remember was that.. I was being chased by people. I was driving a car.. They were attacking me.. The car tumbled down the mountain side.. But i got out.. A-and, i found myself in a h-hospital? Then.. I could see my body. I was forced out of my own human body, before i was fully thrown out of the hospital by an unknown force." Zhao Yue tells the story, as far as she could remember. The day she was being chased by unknown men, until the situation she found herself in up until today.

"Wait.. Grandma, how could you see me?" Zhao Yue sobers up slightly looking at the old lady with wide eyes. "Does that mean?.."

Grandma only smiles, knowing what she's thinking. "Not quite my dear."

Zhao Yue breaths out a sigh of relief. "Then how?.. "

"Let's say i have a special gift." Grandma pats her head, and smiles with her eyes shining.

Zhao Yue swallows thickly. "Grandma.."

The world is big and there are things that simple science could not explain. It's quite hard to fathom how much humans are yet to discover..

"Grandma will tell you, Good child." Grandma laughs at her expression.

Zhao Yue and the old Lady appears in a vast land of green, blue and earth. The scenery was breathtaking with the mountains, the ocean and the forest. The sound of the waves and the warm breeze offered a sense of peace.

"This, is the a crystal ball." Grandma produces a crystal ball out of thin air. "It will show you the answer to your problems."

An image of a hansome man appeared in the Cloudy ball. He had sharp eyebrows, hazel eyes and his features were carved to perfection. His body was proportioned evenly, and his muscles were present, aswell as washboard abs— could be seen through his clothes, ofcourse. It wasn't like he was naked or anything!

Zhao Yue's eyes twitched. What does a beautiful man have to do with her? She can't even eat him in this form!

"Grandma, the man's handsome.. But do i know him?"

"Silly child, he's the Answer to your problems!" Grandma exclaims. "Do you remember the bracelet that i gave you? It does not only reverse your luck.. It also links you to your soulmate!"

Zhao Yue's jaw went slack. The jewelry had other abilities? And here she thought that it only has one function.

"Woah... So cool~"

Grandma raises her nose, nodding. "Yeah, yeah! I created it. Isn't it fabulous? Only one of it's kind. I'm so good.. Yeah." Grandma praises herself. "Anyhow, your soulmate is still alive and kicking— because you have my very own creation, you're like a cheat. You can't die, as long as he lives!"

"Yayyyy! So does that mean, i could get back on my body?" Zhao Yue's face finally brightens up. There is still hope! She will live!

"Why, ofcourse you can. Trust grandma!" Grandma laughs. "But.." Grandma fiddles with her thumbs. "There is a condition."

Zhao Yue eagerly leans over, her imaginary tail almost wagging. She knows she should be wary, but all types of rational thoughts had left her by now. All she knows is that She wants to live!

"You have to make his affection rise up to 100% before you could return to your own body." Grandma explains.

"A-affection?" Zhao Yue had to blink, was she hearing correctly? As in Affection AFFECTION?

"Yes, that's right. Right, good child." Grandma praises. "You know how that works right? You have to make him care for you.. Love you! Like that— hey, little girl, what's wrong with you?"

Grandma was surprised to see that Zhao Yue was almost lifeless.

Zhao Yue neither laugh nor cried. How could she accomplish the mission? Wasn't she labeled as emotionally handicapped? She has a lot of suitors yes, but none of them ever got close to the point of a casual conversation with her. Zhao Yue was always been.. Somewhat, detatched especially to the male of the specie. To put it frankly, Zhao Yue has never been in a relationship, never had a boyrfriend, never had her first kiss! She doesn't have any type of experience with men.

How the f*ck was she supposed to raise the man's affection points for her, They haven't even met, yet she apparently had to cuddle up to him.

Grandma had sensed her reluctance, so in a brief moment, she was sweating slightly. "Hey! Child, Sorry if i would interrupt.. But if you don't accomplish the mission— you could never reincarnate again!"

Zhao Yue jolts upwards, as if something had electrocuted her. "G-grandma, that could happen?!" she was scared to wits.

"Well, hehe.. It could. It was his good fortune that rubbed off on you, thus you lived a fortunate life after i gave you the bracelet. I didn't really think it would be a problem you know? You guys were supposed to meet about eight years from now and fall inlove.. I thought it was okay to give the fortune to you in advance. I didn't know this would happen." Grandma says.

Zhao Yue was found rocking on her heel in a corner. Dark clouds surrounded her as she was hugging her knees. "I.. Would.. Fall.. Inlove?.."

"Why, ofcourse you will! Your wedding was going to be grand, and everyone in the metropolis would rave about it. Ten, twenty, fifty and even a hundred years after your wedding people would still talk about how wealthy it was!" Grandma states proudly. "You were also supposed to have three kids, all of them fat and bouncing baby boys upon birth!"

"i lost my virginity" Zhao Yue cries in despair, picking up the sand and throwing it in the air.

"Well not quite yet my dear. In your case right now, it's impossible to have intercourse.. Let alone, concieve." Grandma says. "Well, not entirely impossible. The soulmate could touch, and do.. Things." Grandma whispers under her breath, watching with pity as Zhao Yue kept rocking on her heel while talking to herself.

While Zhao Yue is indeed a Soul right now, but the Soul that resides within her man recognizes it's other half. So while other people could not touch, see or hold Zhao Yue, her soulmate could freely do so.. Which, Grandma is contemplating wether she should tell Zhao You or not.

"Sigh.. It would be a long and hard mission Zhao girl."
