The Tower VIII-4th Floor

[Mission [Survive] will start in 30 seconds!]

"So you're a rich heir huh? You really fucked up by entering the tower, not to mention the [Suicide Difficulty] of all places." Luna said.

"Your cyberware must have a malware virus, born in heaven and willingly going to hell?!" i exclaimed, pissed off by his idiotic choices. He represented the opposite of what I was, whereas the tower was the only for me to achieve my dreams, he already had everything from the start.

"Fuck! Stop reminding me, it was the worst mistake i've made in my life! I'm getting out as soon as I can." He said with his head lowered.

"At least you spent the credits fucking well, this chrome is military grade at least!" Luna said as she pointed at his cyberware filled body. A mixture of black steel and flesh, his personal link was the latest version, [Sodatva's Eye] model, his arms the [Rhino Gear Mk78 Millitech] version, his entire body was a state of the art cyberware masterpiece and even his spine was decked out.

"I don't think any cyberware is capable of saving me from this predicament." He replied to luna.

"Even the way you talk is nice, Corpo heirs really are special huh." I replied as I uncheathed my sword.

"What are you trying to do?" He asked me.

"I'm trying to survive, the two of you should get ready!" I replied.

[Mission [Survive] has begun!]

The digital timer's countdown reached its crescendo, thrusting us unceremoniously into the maelstrom of the mission. Adrenaline surged through my veins like a tempestuous tide. The fourth floor would soon prove to be a citadel of despair.

[The 1st day's enemy is 3 A-rank [Werewolf Knight] units.]

"Fuck!"

"A-rank?!"

"Get ready wolves!"

In an instant, my 3 wolves appeared around me.

"Monsters!" Luna shouted as a spear appeared in her hands.

"So fast!" Arthur shouted as mana flowed into his cyberware arms.

I stood in front of the wolves.

"Relax, these are my pups. They're harmless." I said as I patted their heads.

Luna, and Arthur soon relaxed.

"It's good that they're on our side but where are the monsters that spawned?" Luna asked.

"My sensors haven't sensed them either." Arthur said.

"We should split up and search the village, and shout for help if one of us spots something." I proposed.

"There's no need for that." Arthur said as he tapped his forearm and a mechanical slot exited after a sound. In the slot several black pods were slotted.

"Bravo team, search mode!" Arthur said and immediately the 10+ black pods took to the skies like drones and spread around.

"Being rich is playing ln easy difficulty for real.." Luna muttered.

"I've never felt poorer." I thought to myself.

"I got them! Bravo team has detected a werewolf knight in the outskirts of the village!its looking fo- shit! it disappeared!" Arthur suddenly said.

"That means its coming at us! We need to split up and find it!" I said.

"Take these!" Arthur said as he tossed us tiny communication chips that linked us into a network.

"What are we supposed to do if we find them?" Luna asked.

"Kill them!" I replied.

"Alone?" She asked again.

"Loki, go with Luna. Silver go with Arthur! Ash is with me."

"WOOO!" X3

I jumped onto Ash's back as the wolves split to the others.

"Go!"

I sprinted off on Ash's back into the village. Soon we were traversing the desolate ruins of the forsaken village. Each step causing dust to rise under Ash's paws.

"Stop, Ash." I said after we were far enough away, around us were only decrepit houses and silence.

"Wooo?" Ash asked.

"I feel it too pup, something is hunting us.." I grasped my revolver as I quieted down completely and focused my ears.

"...…"

No sound spread for a several minutes but I continued to focus, staying on edge as the pressure intensified more and more.

*Crack..*

*BANG! BANG! BANG!*

Instantly I shot three bullets in the direction of the sound. All of them making dull sounds as they landed.

"It's me stop!" A female voice said.

"Luna? Why are you here?"

Upon a closer look, my bullets were blocked and suspended in mid air by an unknown force just inches from her face.

I dismounted and soon reached her. I first noticed that her arm was bleeding slightly.

"What happened? You're injured?"

"I was attacked soon after we split up, your wolf protected me and I escaped." She said.

"What did it look like?"

"It was a giant black wolf mixed with a human and its claws were black machines of destruction!, I don't think it can be defeated even if we all teamed up!"

"That's good information, for now however, you need to get some treatment. Let me buy a potion first."

Instantly I purchased a potion and it appeared in my hands. I handed it to her immediately.

"Use it quickly, I can feel Loki is being pushed back, I'll head over to help him, so hide somewhere."

"Thank you, I'll pay you back for the potion when I can!" She replied.

"Don't worry about, just stay alive!"

I jumped onto Ash's back and left in Loki's direction.

My spiritual connection with him serving as a guiding compass.

A BIT LATER.

Soon, I reached the fight's location. Ash was dodging the giant werewolf beast's atatcks and hiding behind buildings to keep the beast busy. Even though it couldn't die due to its link to my lifeforce that made it immortal, it still had its instinct to remain alive and avoid injury.

"WOOO!! GRRRR!!!" Growled Ash in anger.

I leapt off its back instantly.

"Go help your brother!" I commanded and instantly it darted in like an arrow let loose.

"HUARGHHH!!"

Shouted the werewolf beast as it continued to attempt to claw at the pups. At the same time I held my revolver up and waited for the perfect moment as a warm and ecstatic energy flowed into my brain, muscles and veins.

"Just one opening.."
